|a استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على الأسس التي يتم في ضوئها اختيار معلم الرياضيات المتعاون في برنامج التربية الميدانية وتحديد واقع أدائه لأدواره في البرنامج وتقديم مقترحات تطويرية تسهم في تحسين واقع أدائه لأدواره في برنامج التربية الميدانية. وتكونت عينة البحث من المشرفين التربويين ومعلمي الرياضيات المتعاونين ومدراء مدراس التدريب الميداني. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم إعداد ثلاثة استبيانات. وأظهرت نتائج البحث الأسس التي يتم في ضوئها اختيار معلم الرياضيات المتعاون في برنامج التربية الميدانية وتم التعرف على واقع أدائه لأدواره في برنامج التربية الميدانية وتم التوصل إلى مقترحات تطويرية تسهم في تحسين أدائه لأدواره في برنامج التربية الميدانية، وتم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء نتائج البحث.

|b The main intent of the present study was to identify the required criteria for choosing the cooperative math teacher in the teaching-practice program, determine the status quo of his performance in the programme, and to forward developmental suggestions that may contribute to developing his performance in such a programme. The study sample consisted of the educational supervisors, the cooperative math teachers and managers of teaching-practice schools. Results of the study identified the criteria needed to choose the cooperative math teacher in teaching-practice programs. The study, also, pinpointed the currents performance in teaching-practice programs. The study forwarded developmental suggestions that may contribute to developing the cooperative math teacher's performance in teaching- practice programs. Recommendations and the suggestions for further researches were forwarded in the light of results reached.
