المستخلص: يعتبر مفهوم العقد النفسي من المفاهيم الحديثة في مجال السلوك التنظيمي، ومجال الفكر الإداري وعلى الرغم من وجود بعض المحاولات الجادة لإعطائها مفهوما دقيقا من طرف بعض الباحثين فإنها تبقي محاولات شحيحة مقارنة بباقي المواضيع النفسية والمفاهيم التي لها علاقة بالسلوك التنظيم وفي هذا المقال نحاول التركيز على مفهوم العقد النفسي في المنظمة ونشأة وتكوين العقد النفسي والجذور التاريخية للعقد النفسي أنواع العقود النفسية.

Le concept de contrat psychologique et l'un des concepts modernes dans le domaine du comportement
organisationnel, et la pensée administrative. Malgré les sérieuses tentatives pour donner une définition précise du concept par certains chercheurs, elles restent rares par rapport à d'autres
concepts psychologiques liés aux comportements organisationnels.
Dans cet article nous essayons de mettre l'accent sur le concept de contrat psychologique dans l'organisation, sa composition, ses origines psychologiques et historiques

The concept of the psychological contract is considered to be one of the modern concepts in the field of organizational behavior and the field of administrative thought. Although there have been some serious attempts by some researchers to provide it with a precise concept, these attempts nevertheless remain in short supply as compared to other psychological topics and concepts related to organizational behavior. In this article we try to focus upon the concept of the psychological contract in respect to the organization, establishment and composition of the psychological contract and the historical roots of the psychological contract among the types of psychological contracts.
