|f The concept of the psychological contract is considered to be one of the modern concepts in the field of organizational behavior and the field of administrative thought. Although there have been some serious attempts by some researchers to provide it with a precise concept, these attempts nevertheless remain in short supply as compared to other psychological topics and concepts related to organizational behavior.
