The aim of the research is to describe the specifications of an electronic achievement file based on social networks. The research used descriptive analytical method to determine the specifications to be met when building the environment of electronic achievement file based on the social networking features in the field of education technology. The research dealt with three areas, including educational specifications, technical specifications and standards of the electronic achievement file based on social networks. The results of the research indicate that the criteria of educational standards for making electronic achievement file based on the characteristics of social networks include the availability of procedural objectives for the file environment which is clearly defined. The environment of the file includes clear educational tasks with clearly derived content from the curriculum objectives, technical specifications for making an electronic achievement file based on social networking features, including specifying the quality standards of the text files within the file environment in terms of coordination and the quality of the fonts . In addition to setting clear criteria for producing static simple images and graphics . The technical specifications for making the electronic achievement file is based on the characteristics of social networks, including the possibility of the file environment in the creation of personal pages for each learner easily. The learner controls the updating of the profile of his data continuously as his condition and ideas change. The study recommended the development of e-achievement files to conform to the proposed specifications, activating the role of the strategy of electronic interaction based on social networks in the creation of files of electronic achievement and the constant development of indicators of the list of specifications in line with the developments of technological innovations. هدف البحث إلى بيان مواصفات ملف إنجاز إلكترونى قائم على الشبكات الاجتماعية. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. لتحديد المواصفات الواجب توافرها عند بناء بيئة ملف الإنجاز الإلكترونى القائم على ميزات الشبكات الاجتماعية في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم. وتناول البحث ثلاثة مجالات ومنها المواصفات التربوية، المواصفات الفنية والمواصفات التقنية لملف الإنجاز الإلكترونى القائم على الشبكات الاجتماعية. وأسفرت نتائج البحث إلى أن معايير المواصفات التربوية لإنشاء ملف الإنجاز الالكترونى القائم على مميزات الشبكات الاجتماعية منها توافر أهداف إجرائية لبيئة الملف محددة بشكل واضح. وشملت بيئة الملف على مهمات تعليمية واضحة مع اشتقاق محتواها من أهداف المقرر بشكل واضح، المواصفات الفنية لإنشاء ملف الإنجاز الإلكترونى القائم على مميزات الشبكات الاجتماعية ومنها تحديد معايير جودة ملفات النصوص داخل بيئة الملف من حيث التنسيق ونوعية الخطوط بشكل مناسب. وتحديد معايير واضحة لإنتاج الصور والرسومات الثابتة وتتمتع بالبساطة. والمواصفات التقنية لإنشاء ملف الإنجاز الإلكترونى القائم على مميزات الشبكات الاجتماعية ومنها توافر إمكانيات لدى بيئة الملف في إنشاء صفحات شخصية لكل متعلم بسهولة. وتحكم المتعلم في تحديث الملف الشخصي لبياناته بشكل مستمر حسب تغير حالته وأفكاره. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تطوير ملفات الإنجاز الإلكتروني لتتوافق مع المواصفات المقترحة، تفعيل دور استراتيجية التفاعل الإلكتروني القائمة على الشبكات الاجتماعية في إنشاء ملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية، التطوير الدائم لمؤشرات قائمة المواصفات بما يتوافق مع تطورات المستحدثات التكنولوجية. وضرورة تفعيل دور ملفات الإنجاز الإلكترونية القائمة على الشبكات الاجتماعية في تقييم وأداءات الطلاب في المواد التعليمية المختلفة.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
