|b In Senegal particularly at the University of Dakar, Open Access begins to settle with the creation of institutional repository and free access to electronic resources. But the lack of awareness among teachers researchers UCAD problem and ignorance of Open Access pushes most to be prejudiced about the reliability of available resources in OA. IT professionals should work to persuade teachers researchers about the usefulness of Open Access as involved in their scientific visibility. OA allows them to have free access to resources but also to publish the open archive platforms.
