المستخلص: The research aims to know the aspects in which the e-learning affects the students and learns about the benefits of the e-learning for students and finds out its disadvantages for the students. The researchers used the survey method and adopted a questionnaire that was distributed to a random sample of Faculty members of the Administrative Technical College, and rose up by 43% of the overall community. The research found many conclusions, among of which: 1-It showed, from the results of the statistical test, that there is a link between the e-learning and the academic level of the students which demonstrates the strength of the relationship between them. 2-It showed, from the results of the statistical test, that the percentage of the e-learning variable amounted 70% which is a good percentage and points to the importance of the e-learning for the students. As for the implications of the c-learning variable, the percentage has reached 84% which is a high percentage and points to the importance of the e-learning and its role to improve the academic level of the students. 3- Most of the faculty members agreed that the universities with its present potentials cannot switch to e-learning due to the lack of equipments, communications and training programs that explain the importance of this type of education. The most important proposals that have been developed in this research were as follows: 1- Involving the faculty members in the training courses pertaining to e-learning and the use of modem technologies like computers, communications and information technology to enable them to deal with an the modern appliances. 2- The need to provide the necessary infrastructure and the provision of qualified human resources and lines of communications that help to spread this kind of education. 3- The responsible people of the educational institutions must take into account the role of e-learning in the development of education strategies and adopting it by putting it among the fundamental development plans adopted by the educational institutions.

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة الجوانب التي يؤثر فيها التعليم الالكتروني على الطلبة والتعرف على المزايا التي يحققها التعليم الالكتروني للطلبة ومعرفة سلبياته على الطلبة، استخدم المنهج المسحي واعتمدت استبانة وزعت على عينة عشوائية من تدريسي الكلية التقنية / الإدارية وبنسبة بلغت (43%) من حجم المجتمع الكلي. توصل البحث إلى جملة استنتاجات منها: 1. تبين من نتائج الاختبار الإحصائي أن هناك علاقة ارتباط محسوبة بين التعليم الإلكتروني والمستوى الدراسي للطلبة مما يدل على قوة العلاقة بينهما. 2. تبين من نتائج الاختبار الاحصائي أن النسبة المئوية لمتغير التعليم الإلكتروني بلغت (70%) وهي نسبة جيدة وتشير إلى أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني بالنسبة للطلبة أما متغير انعكاسات التعليم الإلكتروني فقد بلغت نسبته المئوية (84%) وهي نسبة عالية وتشير إلى أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني ودوره في تحسين المستوى الدراسي للطلبة. 3. يتفق أغلب أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الكلية المبحوثة أن الجامعات بإمكانياتها الحالية لا تستطيع التحول إلى التعليم الإلكتروني لعدم توفر الأجهزة والمعدات والاتصالات والبرامج التدريبية التي توضح أهمية هذا النوع من التعليم. أما أهم المقترحات التي تم وضعها في البحث فكانت كالآتي: 1. القيام بإشراك أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الدورات التدريبية التي تخص التعليم الإلكتروني واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة كالحسابات والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات ليتسنى لهم التعامل مع الأجهزة الحديثة كافة. 2. ضرورة توفير البنية التحتية اللازمة وتوفير الملاكات البشرية المؤهلة وخطوط اتصال تساعد على انتشار هذا النوع من التعليم. 3. يجب على المسؤولين عن المؤسسات التعليمية أن يأخذوا بنظر الاعتبار الدور الذي يؤديه التعليم الإلكتروني في تطوير استراتيجيات التعليم وتبنيه من خلال وضعه ضمن خطط التطوير الأساسية التي تتبناها المؤسسات التعليمية.
