The present study aimed to detect the differences between males and females in the stall academic and fear of failure , also aimed to detect the relationship between low procrastination and fear of failure, the research sample study consisted of 100 students from the gifted have age respondents ranged between (19-22years) of university students from the people of industrial education and that in the academic year 2016/2017 . Researcher has produced several of the most important results Lack of statistically significant differences in academic stall due to the genre. To validate the hypothesis , the researcher using the Test "T” for two independent samples to learn about the significance of differences between the average male degrees and female talented stall AIakadimih.kma yielded results not found statistically significant differences between the average male degrees and the average female talented degrees in stall academic as the value "T" calculated is less than the value of "T" Driven at the level of significance (0.01 ) or ( 0.05) This means there are no significant differences between the sexes in academic procrastination achieved this result, the health of first hypothesis . As The results of the second hypothesis that there is statistically significant differences in the fear of failure due to type. To validate the hypothesis , the researcher using the Test "T" for two independent samples to learn about the significance of differences between the mean scores of male and female talented in fear of failure . The value of "T" function at the level of significance 0.01 Which means there are significant differences between the mean scores of male and female talented in the fear of failure in favor of females . It also left the results of the third hypothesis of the existence of statistically significant relationship between Mrtfie and low stall Academy in fear of failure . The value of the correlation coefficient was 0.325 which is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01 ) which is a positive value it means that there is a positive direct correlation between low procrastination and fear It’s the failure of any the less academic procrastination less fear of failure , and vice versa.
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الفروق بين الذكور والإناث في المماطلة الأكاديمية والخوف من الفشل، وهدفت أيضا إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي المماطلة والخوف من الفشل، تكونت عينة البحث الدراسة من (100) طالب وطالبة من الموهوبين وقد تراوحت أعمار أفراد العينة ما بين (19 – 22 سنة) من طلاب الجامعة من شعب التعليم الصناعي وذلك في العام الدراسي 2016 / 2017. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الذكور ومتوسطات درجات الإناث الموهوبين في المماطلة الأكاديمية حيث أن قيمة "ت" المحسوبة أقل من قيمة "ت" الجدولية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) أو (0.05) وهذا يعني عدم وجود فروق دالة بين الجنسين في المماطلة الأكاديمية بهذه النتيجة تتحقق صحة الفرض الأول. كما أسفرت نتائج الفرض الثاني على وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الخوف من الفشل ترجع إلى النوع. وللتحقق من صحة الفرض قامت الباحثة باستخدام اختبار "ت" لعينتين مستقلتين للتعرف على دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث الموهوبين في الخوف من الفشل. أن قيمة "ت" دالة عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 وهو ما يعني وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث الموهوبين في الخوف من الفشل لصالح الإناث. كما أسفرت نتائج الفرض الثالث على وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي المماطلة الأكاديمية في الخوف من الفشل. أن قيمة معامل الارتباط بلغت 0.325 وهي دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) وهي قيمة موجبة وتعني أن هناك علاقة موجبة طردية بين منخفضي المماطلة والخوف من الفشل أي أنه كلما قلت المماطلة الأكاديمية قل الخوف من الفشل والعكس صحيح.
