هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي مدارس التعليم الثانوي بمدينة بنغازي في ضوء متغيرات الحالة الاجتماعية، ونوع السكن، والتخصص، والخبرة المهنية. وأجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (245) معلما ومعلمة خلال العام الدراسي (2015 – 2016). وطورت أداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، واستخدمت الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة في التحليل الإحصائي. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لعينة الدراسة يزيد عن المتوسط في كافة أبعاد الرضا التي شملتها الدراسة باستثناء بعدي (الرواتب والمكافآت، وبيئة العمل المادية)، كما اتضح عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لعينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري (الحالة الاجتماعية، والتخصص) بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا في ذلك المستوى تعزى لمتغير نوع السكن ولصالح ذوي المساكن المؤجرة، فضلا عن ذلك وجدت علاقة ارتباطية عكسية (سالبة) بين الرضا الوظيفي لعينة الدراسة وخبرتهم المهنية).
The study aimed to Determine the level of the occupational satisfaction to the teachers of secondary education schools in Benghazi in the light of variables the social situation, and the type of housing, specialization, and professional experience. The study was conducted on proportional stratified simple random sample of (245) teachers during the school year (2015 - 2016). And it developed a tool to collect study data, and used appropriate statistical methods in statistical analysis. The study results indicated that the level of the occupational satisfaction to study sample higher than the average for all of satisfaction dimensions surveyed except after me (salaries and bonuses, and an environment of physical work), In addition, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of the occupational satisfaction of the study sample Attributable to variables (the social situation, and specialization), while there were statistically significant differences at that level Attributable to the variable type of housing and in favor of those with rental housing, as well as that found a correlation relationship(negative) between the occupational satisfaction of the study sample and the professional experience.
