The establishment of the new university reform took place in 2004, it advocated changes in the teaching / learning strategies, in the classroom practices, in evaluation processes, the development of a new system called "credits" teaching units. A few years later, the situation is expected that these changes are mostly non-existent, utopian view. So, what are the strategies implemented by the actors of university education? And they are sufficient and adequate for effective learning teaching? |
