The present research aimed at investigate the effectiveness of a suggested e-learning program using task-based learning approach in developing listening comprehension skills and attitudes of English majors at the faculty of education. The first year English majors in Aswan Faculty of Education were randomly assigned one experimental group. The following instruments were used in the research: a test on the listening comprehension skills necessary comprehension for English majors in the Faculty of Education, a scale to measure students' attitudes towards listening and a scale to measure students' attitudes towards e-learning. The Quasi-experimental approach was used in this research. Results showed that the suggested e-learning program has a large effect on developing the listening comprehension skills of English majors in the faculty of education, and a positive large effect on their attitudes towards both listening comprehension, and e-learning.
