هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أثر استراتيجية وطنية للإدارة التربوية في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة. حيث أشار إلى إنه من الطبيعي أن يختلف علماء النفس والإدارة والاجتماع حول جوهر القيادة وطبيعتها. وحيث إن القيادة قابلة للتعلم والتطوير وإعادة الصياغة بما يتناسب مع العصر. فهي صناعة يمكن إعادة اختراعها وتجهيزها وتهيئتها لإدارة المستقبل فهذه القيادة ليست مقتصرة السلطات الرسمية كمديري المدارس ومساعديهم ومديري المناطق التعليمية ولكن القيادة يمكن أن تتم دراستها كفعل وليس كاسم. كما أوضحت أن القيادة كعملية تعلم تبادلية تمكن مجموعة المساهمين فيها من بناء شيء له مغزى وتدعيمه لديهم في إطار تحقيق الهدف العام المشترك للمجموعة. والقيادة بهذا المفهوم تعني عملية التعلم الناتجة بين البالغين في إطار المشاركة الجماعية أي أن القيادة عملية تعلم جماعية واستندت الدراسة على بعض الافتراضات من أهمها أن كل فرد لديه الطاقة ليكون قائدا ويتمتع في ممارسة القيادة. وأن القيادة ليست مجرد سمة أو صفة وأن المقصود بالقيادة هو عملية التعلم التي تؤدي إلى التغيير الإيجابي البناء. كما تناولت التطوير التنظيمي في السياق التربوي. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على أن المواطنة الصالحة هي بقدر ما تعطي الوطن لا بقدر ما تأخذ منه وقليل من الناس يعطون واقل منهم أولئك الذين يعرفون كيف يعطون. هؤلاء هم الصفوة الذين يفنون شبابهم بخدمة بلادهم لعلمهم أن لها حقا عليهم فهي التي ربتهم وعلمتهم وهذبتهم وهي التي جعلت منهم العلماء الأجلاء الذين يضعون الخطط والاستراتيجيات وذلك يعزو إلى التعليم والاهتمام به لتطويره كل ضمن اختصاصه.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The present study aimed at revealing the impact of a national strategy for the educational management in light of the contemporary trends. It also pointed out that it is natural that the psychologists, the administration scholars and sociologists differ on the essence and the nature of leadership. The leadership is able to be learned, developed, and reformulated in order to suit the times. It is an industry that can be reinvented, processed and configured to manage the future. This leadership is not limited to the official authorities such as the school manager, their assistants and the district education managers, but the leadership can be considered as an action rather than as a name. It explained that leadership as an interactive learning process enables the group of shareholders to build and strengthen something meaningful within the framework of achieving the common goal of the group. The leadership in this concept means the learning process that results from the adults in the framework of the collective participation, that is, the leadership is a process of the collective learning. The study was based on some assumptions, the most important of which is that everyone has the energy to be a leader and to practice the leadership. The leadership is not just a trait or a quality, but leadership means the process of learning that leads to the constructive positive change. It also dealt with the organizational development in the educational context. The results confirmed that the good citizenship is as much as someone gives to the homeland not as much as someone takes from it. A few people give and less people those who know how to give the homeland. These are the elite who spend their youth serving their country because they know that their country have duties upon them.
