Family represents the major role and specially the parents to verify psychological and emotional development for their children , they are the first factor at the forefront of the factors that affect the child and his psychological compatibility level , and his mental health and ability to understand himself and be accepted the parents practices must be characterized by the parental effectiveness and the presence of a child with learning disabilities within the family one of the factors that increase the difficulty of the parents role, then it may force the parent to act passively the suffering of having child with learning disabilities is a big shock for parents which affect negatively on the parents and then the child, hence the need to provide support and assistance and counseling these appeared to help the parents and meet their new burden needs, so the researcher prepared the effective parenting scale to the parents of children with learning disabilities to cover the gap in this area, where the research aims to prepare a measure for determining the level of effective parenting of the parents of children with learning disabilities The research sample consisted of 60 parents of children with learning disabilities in primary school were divided evenly into two groups experimental and control group, The validity and reliability of the scale are measured by internal consistency method. The result of statistical analyzes scale showed high degrees of validity and reliability.
تحتل الأسرة وبصفة خاصة الوالدين الدور الأكبر في تحقيق النمو النفسي والانفعالي لأبنائهم حيث يأتي الوالدين في مقدمة العوامل التي تؤثر في مستوى توافق الطفل وسوائه النفسي، ولكي يتسم الطفل بالصحة النفسية والقدرة على فهم ذاته وتقبلها، لابد من أن تتسم التنشئة الوالدية بالفاعلية والسواء، كما يعد وجود طفل ذو صعوبات التعلم داخل الأسرة من أحد العوامل التي تزيد من صعوبة قيام الوالدين بدورهم، ومن ثم قد تعيق تبني الوالدين للأساليب الوالدية الفعالة ، فمعاناة الابن من صعوبة التعلم يمثل صدمة كبيرة للوالدين تؤثر سلبا على الوالدين ومن ثم الابن، ومن هنا ظهرت الحاجة إلى تقديم الدعم والمساندة والإرشاد لهؤلاء الوالدين لمساعدتهم على مواجهة الأعباء الجديدة الملقاة على عاتقهم، ولذلك قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس الفاعلية الوالدية لوالدي الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم لسد العجز في هذا المجال، حيث يهدف البحث إلى إعداد مقياس لتحديد مستوى الفاعلية الوالدية لدى والدي الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم. تكونت عينة البحث من 60 من آباء وأمهات الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم في المرحلة الابتدائية وتم تقسيمهم بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة. وقد تم حساب الصدق والثبات للمقياس والاتساق الداخلي، وأظهرت نتائج التحليلات الإحصائية تمتع المقياس بدرجات عالية من الصدق والثبات.
