رمت الدراسة إلى إيضاح واقع استخدام الوسائط الإلكترونية في مدارس الموهبة والتميز بولاية الخرطوم من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة أداة لها، ووزعت على عينة عشوائية من (102) معلم ومعلمة. ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والنسب المئوية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: وعي المعلمين والمعلمات بأهمية استخدام الوسائل التعليمية بشكل مستمر وفي المقابل كانت نتائج بعض الاستجابات الخاصة بواقع استخدام التقنيات الحديثة بالمدارس غير جيدة. وأن أكثر المجالات استخداما هو البرامج التعليمية الإلكترونية حيث بلغت نسبة استخدامها (94%)، يليه استخدام الحاسوب في التعليم (92%)، وجاء في المرتبة الثالثة استخدام الهاتف النقال حيث بلغ نسبة استخدامه (91%)، أما استخدام الإنترنت فكان (89%)، وجهاز عرض البيانات (البروجكتر) فكان (79%) وكذلك السبورة الذكية فكان نسبة استخدامها (71%)، والبريد الإلكتروني (69%) وجاء في الترتيب الأخير مؤتمرات الفيديو بنسبة استخدام مقدارها (60%). وأوصت الدراسة الهيئة القومية لرعاية الأطفال الموهوبين بضرورة تأكيد دور الوسائط الإلكترونية في تعليم الموهوبين مع التركيز على نوعية الاستخدام، وتنظيم دورات تدريبية لمعلمي الموهوبين لتوظيف وسائط تعليمية إلكترونية في تعليم الموهوبين وتكوين فريق عمل من المختصين في المحتوى التعليمي والمناهج، وتصميم التدريس وتصميم الوسائط المتعددة لإنتاج مواد التعلم الإلكتروني في المواد المختلفة، وتبادل الزيارات بين المعلمين لدراسة إمكانية تفعيل دور الوسائط الإلكترونية في تعليم الموهوبين. كما أوصت الدراسة الباحثين بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات لتقويم وسائط التعلم الإلكتروني المستخدمة في تعلم فروع المعرفة المختلفة، والعمل على وضع معايير لتصميم وتقويم الوسائط التعليمية الإلكترونية.
The study intends to illustrate the practical use of electronic media in schools of talented and distinct pupils in Khartoum State, from the viewpoint of teachers. The study used the descriptive method and the questionnaire as its tool, which was distributed among random, sample comprised of (102) female and male teachers. For processing the data statistically, Arithmetic means and percentage were used and the study has come to the following findings: • Awareness of female and male teachers about the significance of using educational aids continuously, on the other hand, results of some private responses towards the practical usage of modem technology in schools are not good. And the most commonly used domain is the electronic educational programme whereas its usage percentage reaches (94%), using computer in education come next with a percentage of (92%), and the third position was for using the mobile telephone which percentage usage reached (91%), while the internet usage got only (89%), and the data show apparatus had only (79%) and the smart board got (71%), and the electronic e-mail had only (69%), and video - conference was the last one with usage percentage reaches (60%). And the study recommends the National Corporation of fostering the gifted children with necessity to confirm the fundamental role of the multi- electronic media in talented learners education with concentration on types of usage, organizing training workshops for teachers of talented children to show them how to operate or use the electronic educational multi-media in talented students education, and to make a work team from specialists in curricula and instructional content, and instructional design, and designing multi-media to produce electronic learning materials in the different subjects, and exchange visits among teachers to study the feasibility of activating role of electronic multi - media in talented students education. Also, the study recommended the researchers to realize the necessity of conducting more studies for evaluating the electronic multi -media which are used in learning the diverse knowledge branches, and they should make criteria for designing and evaluating the electronic educational multi - media.
