The current study aims to describe the roles of educational supervisors in kindergartens -in Jeddah- , and to define the characteristics and the qualifications of them, to achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study was applied on 29 supervisors of Jeddah's kindergartens. A semi- Structured Interview was used as a tool for collecting data to recognize the status of educational supervision in Jeddah's kindergartens, After analyzing the data and presenting and explaining them by using the duplicated tables, the study came out with an analysis of the actual reality of Jeddah's kindergartens' educational supervision . The researchers recommended that: a license for the profession of educational supervision in kindergartens to be renewed every four years, and minimizing the centralization in kindergartens’ management system , and conducting more studies and research in this field. |
