|f \nThe article aimed to shed light on some of the cultural and intellectual orientations of Al-Mahdi Bin Baraka. The article addressed that Mahdi Bin Baraka belongs to the second generation of the Moroccan national movement. He combines between the national culture and the new culture that is associated with the world of war and with the slogan of the right of the nations to self-determination. The article showed that this generation provided concrete additions to the national work that contributed to its promotion of thought and practice to build an independent Morocco. The article included several elements: the birth of Al-Mahdi Bin Baraka and his life, his dual education between traditional and contemporary, his qualifications and rational culture, his intellectual orientations, his education and scientific research, patriotism and politics, criticism and self-criticism. The article concluded that the thought of Al-Mahdi Bin Baraka dealt with many areas. He analyzed the various stages of Moroccan reality and suggested some solutions that could contribute to reform or change that reality. He contributed to the organization of Independence Party, with strength that changed a lot in the course of this party, and then he actively contributed to the establishment of the organization of the National Union of Popular Forces, he wanted it to be organized with new specifications and new programs and visions. The article confirmed that Bin Baraka led the experience of the National Consultative Council with unlimited sophistication. However, the circumstances did not help him to assume responsibilities that made his perceptions at stake. The article referred to the prophecy of Al-Mokhtar Al-Susy to Bin Baraka with a great future. However, this did not happen, Al-Mahdi did not take place in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which Al-Mokhtar Al-Susy saw him as the most worthy of it. |e \nاستهدف المقال تسليط الضوء على بعض توجهات المهدي بن بركة الثقافية والفكرية. وأوضح المقال أن المهدي بن بركة ينتمي إلى الجيل الثاني للحركة الوطنية المغربية. وهو يجمع ما بين الثقافة الوطنية والثقافة الجديدة المرتبطة بعالم الحرب وبشعار حق الأمم في تقرير مصيرها. واظهر المقال أن هذا الجيل قدم إضافات ملموسة للعمل الوطني ساهمت في الارتقاء به فكرا وممارسة من اجل بناء المغرب المستقل. وتضمن المقال عدة عناصر هي مولد المهدي بن بركة ونشأته، تعليمه المزدوج ما بين التقليدي والمعاصر، مؤهلات وثقافة عقلانية، توجهات فكرية، التربية والبحث العلمي، الوطنية والسياسة، النقد والنقد الذاتي. وخلص المقال إلى أن فكر المهدي بن بركة تناول العديد من المجالات. فعمل على تحليل مختلف مراحل الواقع المغربي، واقترح بعض الحلول التي يمكن أن تساهم في إصلاح أو في تغيير ذلك الواقع. وانه ساهم في تنظيم حزب الاستقلال بقوة غيرت الكثير في مسار هذا الحزب. ثم ساهم بفعالية في تأسيس تنظيم الاتحاد الوطني للقوات الشعبية. وأراد له أن يكون تنظيما بمواصفات جديدة وببرامج ورؤى جديدة. وأكد المقال على أن بن بركة قاد تجربة المجلس الوطني الاستشاري بحنكة متناهية. غير أن الظروف لم تسعفه لتحمل مسؤوليات تجعل تصوراته على المحك. وأشار المقال إلى نبوءة المختار السوسي لابن بركة بمستقبل عظيم. إلا أن ذلك لم يتحقق، فلم يتولى المهدي وزارة الخارجية التي رآه المختار السوسي أجدر بها. ولم يتولى وزارة التعليم التي رأى الكثيرون أنه كان قادرا على الإبداع في مجالها. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
