|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد دور القائدات الاستراتيجي في التخطيط الاستراتيجي في مكتب الإشراف التربوي بأبها وكذلك في تمكين العاملين وتنمية مهاراتهم الفنية والإدارية وتفعيل التقنيات والتعرُف على الفروق حول محاور الدراسة والتي تعزى لمتغيرات) الخبرة-الدرجة الوظيفية - المؤهل( واقتصر تطبيق البحث على قائدات مكتب الإشراف التربوي بأبها وعددهم (44) قائدة وتتمثل فئة القيادة الإشرافية في )القائدات - رئيسات الأقسام -المساعدات( بمدينة أبها للعام 1438ه واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع البحث كله نظراً لصغره وأسفر البحث عن مجموعة من النتائج قد بلغت حد الكفاية الذي ارتضته الباحثة ومن أهم النتائج والتوصيات لممارسة القيادة الاستراتيجية لدى القائدات في مكتب الإشراف التربوي بأبها هي وضع خطة استراتيجية على مستوى وزارة التعليم لاختيار القيادات الاستراتيجية ووضع آلية لتأهيلها.

|f The objective of the current research is to determine the role of strategic leaders in the strategic planning in the Office of Educational Supervision in Abha as well as in empowering the employees and developing their technical and administrative skills and activating the techniques and identifying the differences around the aspects of the study, which are attributed to the variables (experience, employment grade, qualification). The application of the research was limited to the leaders of the office of educational supervision in Abha, they are (44) leaders, category of supervisory leadership is represented by (leaders - heads of departments – assistances) in the city of Abha for the year 1438 AH. The researcher used the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the entire research community because of its small size. The research has shown a set of results that reached the limit of sufficiency which is accepted by the researcher and the most important findings and recommendations for the exercise of the strategic leadership of the leaders in the educational supervision of the Office of Abha is to make a strategic plan at the level of the Ministry of Education for the selection of strategic leadership and develop a mechanism for its facilitation. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
