التنمية المهنية للمعلم الثانوي الفني أثناء الخدمة تعد من الاستراتيجيات المطلوبة لخروج النظم التعليمية من أزمتها المعاصرة والاستجابة لمتطلبات ثورة المعلومات ومتابعة الجديد في مجال التكنولوجيا والمعرفة، وبذلك يمكن تحديث معارف المعلمين وصقل خبراتهم وتنمية مهاراتهم المهنية وبخاصة المعلم الثانوي الفني الذي التحق بالمهنة دون إعداد كاف لتحسين مستوي أدائهم، هذا بالإضافة إلى منع الأفراد غير المتخصصين وأدعياء المهنة من الالتحاق بها. ويمكن النهوض بفاعلية التنمية المهنية للمعلم الثانوي الفني وبالمشكلات التي تواجه المعلم الثانوي الفني من خلال التخطيط الجيد لبرامج التنمية المهنية وتوفير الدعم المادي والمعنوي وتطوير التعليم والارتقاء به ويعتمد ذلك بشكل أساسي على تنمية المعلم المصري القادر على التعامل بمهارة مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، والملم بعلوم المستقبل، والقادر على التكيف مع التغيرات العصرية وتشجيع الطلاب وتوفير وسائل تكنولوجيا حديقة متطورة بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني. نتائج الدراسة والتوصيات نتائج الدراسة: تتلخص نتائج الدراسة فيما يلي: ١ - ضعف الحالة الاقتصادية للمعلم الثانوي الفني وذلك برفع راتبه الشهري مقارنة بزملائه في المهن الأخرى. ٢ - الافتقار إلي تطوير البرامج المقدمة للمعلم الثانوي الفني من الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين. ٣- قله اهتمام المعلم الثانوي الفني في التعامل مع الحاسب الآلي والتكنولوجيا الحديثة والبحث عن كل ما هو جديد في مواد تخصصه من خلال الانترنت. توصيات الدراسة توصيات الدراسة تتلخص توصيات الدراسة فيما يلي: ١ - إصدار قوانين وتشريعات مناسبة تلزم المعلمين بمواصلة النمو المهني طوال حياتهم المهنية لتمكينهم من مواجهة الظروف المتغيرة للبيئة التعليمية والتكيف مع المستجدات ٢ - وضع سياسة واضحة للتنمية المهنية بوزارة التربية والتعليم تقوم علي أسس علمية سليمة واضحة، وأن تكون عملية التدريب عملية مستمرة لرفع المستوي العلمي والتعرف علي المستجدات والتدريب عليها أول بأول. ٣ - إنشاء مراكز للتنمية المهنية تكون تابعة لكليات التربية بحيث تختص بتدريب المعلمين وتنميتهم مهنيا، وتمكين المعلمين من تطوير ممارستهم التدريسية، وصقل خيراتهم وتبادلها، وتنمية مهاراتهم، ونقد ومراجعة استراتيجياتهم ونظرياتهم.

Make laws and appropriate legislation obliges teachers to continue professional growth throughout their careers to enable them to meet the changing conditions of the educational environment and adapt to new developments. 2.
