|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد قائمة معايير تقييم إنتاج البرمجيات التعليمية لمراحل التعليم قبل الجامعي وتحديد واقع إنتاج البرمجيات التعليمية في مركز التطوير التكنولوجي والشركات التجارية المنتجة في ضوء المعايير المقترحة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمسح للأبحاث والدراسات المرتبطة بالموضوع لاستخلاص قائمة المعايير وتطبيقها للوصول للواقع الفعلي لإنتاج للبرمجيات التعليمية. \nوتوصل الباحث إلى مراعاة شركة زاد لمعايير تصميم وإنتاج البرمجيات التعليمية عن مركز التطوير التكنولوجي ووجود فرق دال احصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات تقييم النظام الخبير لإنتاج البرمجيات التعليمية لمراحل التعليم قبل الجامعي في مركز التطوير التكنولوجي والشركات التجارية المنتجة لصالح الشركات المنتجة نظراً لما تقدمه الشركات التجارية من مزايا لم توجد لدى مركز التطور التكنولوجي.

|f The current research aimed to prepare a list of criteria for evaluating the production of educational software for the pre-university stages and to determine the reality of production of educational software at the Technological Development Center and in commercial production companies, in light of the proposed criteria. To accomplish the objective of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive methodological approach to survey the researches and studies related to the subject area, to extract the list of standards and apply them in order to ascertain the actual reality of the production of educational software.\nThe researcher concluded that the Zad company observed the standards for the design and production of educational software from the Technological Development Center. The researcher also found the presence of a statistically substantiated difference between the average levels of the evaluation of the expert system for the production of educational software for the pre-university stages of education in the Technological Development Center and commercial production companies, in favor of the commercial production companies, due to the advantages offered by commercial companies which did not exist at the Technological Development Center.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
