Through the importance that described the classroom problems and classroom management, then focusing on the teachers of secondary education because it is one of the most important educational stages throughout the learner where the aim of the research is to identify the classroom problems facing teachers of secondary education in Sebha and its relationship with some variables. And learn about classroom problems among teachers of secondary education depending on the variables (gender, educational qualification and specialization and years of experience), and The study population consisted of teachers of secondary education and the number of the sample is (537) teachers for the year (2012-2013) was chosen as the simple random way, and included 300 teachers at the secondary schools Sebha, has the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach to the study, also used statistical methods which is the arithmetic mean, median, standard deviation, standard error of the mean arithmetic, the link Spearman coefficient, t-test, unilateral Variance analysis to compare more than analysis LCD sets of the differences a posteriori test through the importance that described the classroom problems, and can extract the most important results are as follows: - There are differences in the types of problems facing the classroom teacher, and that due to the variable type, a statistically significant to the axis of the school curriculum at the 0.05 level. - There are differences between the types of classroom problems facing the teacher and that due to the variable qualification and that these differences are statistically significant in all axes at the 0.05 level, except the focus of problems related to the teacher, which was not statistically significant. - Show a statistically significant relationship at the 0.05 level in the classroom issues that are related to students, which relates to the school management, which relates to the curriculum, which relates to the teacher. - Show a statistically significant differences between specialists in applied sciences and humanities in all dimensions were values (for all these dimensions, including overall dimension t) function and thus the differences in favor of specialty Humanities.
2.5 - recommendations of the research: - Intensifying training courses for teachers to earn qualification experience regarding the causes of the suffering of these teachers from grade control and enlighten skills and how to cope with these problems and treatment in the light of the causes and factors leading to the occurrence of these problems. - The need to mitigate the number of shares for the teacher because the large number of quotas lead to fatigue and the inability to follow up on the problems of the students and work to resolve them. - The provision of modern teaching aids because they are working to help the students to understand and develop the mental skills and love of art and the teacher and the school in general. - Organize regular meetings for teachers and parents to discuss the problems of the students and parents regarded as partners in the educational process, and in the application of preventive and therapeutic side to contribute to solving the problems of the students. - Modifying the curriculum in line with the requirements and needs of the students as much as possible by making the calendar serious studies of the new curriculum. 3.5-proposals: - Search properties stages of growth and understand the nature of the various problems facing the teacher by identifying the emotional, social and behavioral problems that might be exposed to the students and find out their causes. - Conduct research on methods of adjusting row facing the teacher in basic education. - Conduct research on the causes and sources of the row set in the levels of general education and university education and try to compare problems.
