المستخلص: استهدفت تلك الدراسة النظرية تعرف دور الجامعات المصرية في تحقيق الأمن الفكري لطلابها، وذلك من خلال تعرف أدوار عضو هيئة التدريس، والمناهج، والأنشطة الجامعية، إضافة إلى الإدارة الجامعية ذات الصلة. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق هدفها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج كان من أهمها أن من أدوار عضو هيئة التدريس في تحقيق الأمن الفكري: رصد مظاهر ما قد يوجد من انحراف فكري لديهم والمساهمة في تصحيحها بالتعاون مع المتخصصين، وتوجيههم إلى استثمار أوقات الفراغ فيما هو نافع بالنسبة لهم ولمجتمعهم، إضافة إلى عدم حشو ذهن الطالب بالانتقادات التي تنمي لديه الشعور بالبغض والحقد تجاه مجتمعه. كما أن من أدوار المناهج الجامعية في تحقيق الأمن الفكري للطلاب: عرض نماذج تيارات فكرية إيجابية، وتمكين المتعلم من واجهة الأفكار المنحرفة بالعلم الشرعي والحجة والأسلوب الحسن، إضافة إلى تنمية ثقافة التسامح لدي الطلاب والتحذير من ثقافة العنف والتطرف والعدوان والجريمة. أما ما يتعلق بالأنشطة الجامعية فقد كان من أدوارها: توظيف الجامعة للمناسبات الدينية والوطنية لتأصيل الفكر السليم، وتشجيع الطلاب على الانضمام إلى نظام الأسر لتحقيق نموهم الذاتي والإبداع بما يمكنهم من تحقيق المواطنة الصالحة والبعد عن الإرهاب الفكري، وعقد ندوات وورش عمل تضم كبار المسئولين ورجال التربية والدين والسياسة والاجتماع والإعلام للتعريف بالأمن الفكري وأهميته وكيفية تحقيقه، إضافة إلى عقد مناظرات بين طلاب الجامعات لممارسة الحوار ونبذ التعصب الفكري. وفيما يخص الإدارة الجامعية فقد كان من أدوارها: اعتماد الديمقراطية وسيلة للتعامل بين الإداريين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب، وإصدار مجلة جامعية سنوية متخصصة تعني بالأمن الفكري وما يتعلق به من قضايا معاصرة، وإنشاء موقع الكتروني تحت إشراف إدارة الجامعة يتولى إدارته أكاديميون وباحثون وعلماء في الدين والفقه والشريعة يعني بالرد على الاستفسارات التي يقدمها الطلاب حول ما يواجهون من قضايا. واختتمت الدراسة بعدد من المقترحات والتوصيات التي يمكن من خلالها تفعيل دور الجامعات المصرية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدي طلابها.

This study aimed at identifying the role of the Egyptian universities in achieving the students’ intellectual security via verifying the roles of the university staff members, curricula, university activities, and university administration. The descriptive method was used to fulfill the study purpose. The results of the study revealed that the university staff members have significant roles in achieving the intellectual security like: identifying the students' intellectual deviation and assisting in correcting them with the assistance of the specialists, directing the students to utilize their spare times in doing useful things for themselves and for their society and avoiding stuffing the students’ minds with criticism that increases the feeling of aversion and grudge towards their society. The university curricula have significant roles in achieving the intellectual security like: giving positive intellectual currents, enabling students to face the deviated thoughts via the forensic science, the prove and the good manner, developing the culture of tolerance among the students and warning from the culture of violence, extremism, aggression and crime. The university activities have significant rules like: functioning the religious and patriotic occasions for fossilizing the right thought, encouraging the students to join the university families to achieve their creativity and development in order to enable them achieve patriotism and avoid the intellectual terrorism, holding forums and workshops attended by the educationists, scholars, psychologists and politicians to address the intellectual security and its importance, and ways of achievement, and holding debates among the university students to practice the dialogue culture and dismiss the intellectual fanaticism. The university administration has significant roles like: adopting democracy as a means of dealing between employees, faculty' staff members and students, publishing annual journal taking into consideration the intellectual security and the contemporary issues, designing a website under the supervision of the university managed by the staff members, researchers, and scholars interested in replying to the students’ questions concerning the encountered issues. Recommendations and suggestions for further researchwere addressed.
