|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمي الاجتماعات بمدارس محافظة ضباء في ضوء التحول للتعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظرهم.\nتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي الاجتماعيات بمدارس محافظة ضباء، والبالغ عددهم (35) معلماً.\nولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة مكونة من (26) عبارة، موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، هي: مجال مهارات توظيف الحاسوب في تدريس الاجتماعيات، ومجال البرمجيات التعليمية واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في تدريس الاجتماعيات، ومجال توظيف الانترنت في تدريس الاجتماعيات. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تم تطبيق الدراسة على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، وذلك خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 1438ه/ 1439. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم تطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لطبيعة الدراسة، والتي أسفرت عن النتائج التالية:\n-\tأن درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية في ضوء التحول للتعلم الإلكتروني لمعلمي الاجتماعيات بمدارس محافظة ضباء جاءت بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظرهم حيث بلغ المتوسط العام (3.58).\n-\tأن الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي الاجتماعيات بمدارس محافظة ضباء في مجال مهارات توظيف الحاسوب في تدريس الاجتماعيات جاءت بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظرهم وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.45).\n-\tأن الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي الاجتماعيات بمدارس محافظة ضباء في مجال البرمجيات التعليمية واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في تدريس الاجتماعيات جاءت بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظرهم وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.77).\n-\tأن الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي الاجتماعيات بمدارس محافظة ضباء في مجال توظيف الإنترنت في تدريس الاجتماعيات جاءت بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظرهم وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.52). كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) تعزى لأثر متغيرات الدراسة (الخبرة التدريسية، المؤهل العلمي، الدورات التدريبية في مجال التعلم الإلكتروني) في جميع المجالات. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي الاجتماعيات بمدارس محافظة ضباء في ضوء الاحتياجات التي أشاروا إليها.

|f The current study aimed to uncover the mandatory training needs of social teachers in schools in Duba governorate in light of the shift to e-learning from their point of view. The study community consists of 35 social teachers from the schools of the Duba governorate. To achieve this goal of the study, a questionnaire of 26 phrases was designed and divided into three areas: Computer employment skills in social education, educational software and the use of modern technologies in social education, and internet employment in social education. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, where the study was applied to all members of the study community during the second semester of the academic year 1438-39H. In order to answer the questions of the study, statistical methods appropriate to the nature of the study were applied, which resulted in the following results:\n-\tThe degree of training needs in light of the shift to e-learning for social teachers in schools in the governorate of Duba came to a large extent from their point of view, where the overall average was (3.58).\n-\tThe training needs of social teachers in schools in Duba governorate in the field of computer employment skills in social education came to a large extent from their point of view with an arithmetic average of (3.45).\n-\tThe training needs of social teachers in schools in the governorate of Duba in the field of educational software and the use of modern technologies in the teaching of social studies came to a large extent from their point of view and with an arithmetic average of (3.77).\n-\tThe training needs of social teachers in schools in Duba governorate in the field of Internet employment in social education came to a large extent from their point of view and with an arithmetic average of (3.52).\nThe results of the study also indicated that there were no significant statistical differences at the semantic level (α≤ 0.05) due to the impact of study variables (teaching experience, education qualification, e-learning training courses) in all fields. The study recommended the need to hold training courses for social teachers in schools in the governorate of Duba in light of the needs they pointed out. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
