وتلخصت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما معوقات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لمهارات اللغة العربية في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين والمعلمين؟
ويتفرع من السؤال الرئيسي الأسئلة الفرعية التالية:
1. ما مدى وجود معوقات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لمهارات اللغة العربية في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر مشرفي اللغة العربية؟
2. ما مدى وجود معوقات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لمهارات اللغة العربية في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظر معلمي اللغة العربية؟
3. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة بين آراء مشرفي اللغة العربية وآراء معلميها في معوقات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لمهارات اللغة العربية في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم؟
4. ما الحلول التي يراها مشرفو اللغة العربية ومعلومات لتجاوز معوقات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لمهارات اللغة العربية في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم؟
وللإجابة عن أسئلة البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي والاستبانة كأداة، وطبقت الأداة على عينة البحث والتي تكونت من (33) مشرفاً تربوياً، و(207) معلماً، وتوصل البحث للنتائج التالية:
1. وجود معوقات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لمهارات اللغة العربية في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم المتعلقة بالطالب بدرجة قوية من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين.
2. وجود معوقات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لمهارات اللغة العربية في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم المتعلقة بالمعلم بدرجة قوية من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين.
3. وجود معوقات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لمهارات اللغة العربية في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم المتعلقة باللائحة بدرجة قوية من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين.
4. وجود معوقات تطبيق التقويم المستمر لمهارات اللغة العربية في الصفوف العليا من المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم المتعلقة بالمحتوى بدرجة قوية من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين.

Title of the research: Obstacles to the application of continuous evaluation of the skills of the Arabic language in the higher classes of the primary stage in the Al Qassim region from the point of view of educational supervisors and teachers.
The research problem is summarized in the following main question: What are the obstacles of applying the continuous assessment of the Arabic language skills in the upper grades of the primary stage in the Al Qassim region from the point of view of educational supervisors and teachers?
The main question is subdivided into the following sub-questions:
1. What is the extent of the obstacles to applying the continuous assessment of Arabic language skills in the upper grades of primary school in the Al Qassim region from the point of view of Arabic language supervisors?
2. To what extent are the obstacles of applying the continuous assessment of Arabic language skills in the upper grades of the primary stage in the Qassim region from the point of view of Arabic teachers?
3. Are there any significant differences between the opinions of Arabic language supervisors and those of their teachers in the obstacles of applying the continuous assessment of Arabic language skills in the upper grades of the primary stage in the Qassim region?
4. What solutions and information do the Arabic language supervisors see to overcome the obstacles of applying the continuous assessment of the Arabic language skills in the upper grades of the primary stage in the Qassim region?
In order to answer the research questions, the descriptive survey and questionnaire were used as a tool. The tool was applied to the research sample, which consisted of (33) educational supervisors and (207) teachers and the research reached the following results:
1. The existence of obstacles to the application of continuous assessment of Arabic language skills in the upper grades of the primary stage in the Qassim region is strongly related to students from the point of view of supervisors and teachers.
2. The existence of obstacles to the application of continuous assessment of the Arabic language skills in the upper grades of the primary stage in the Qassim region is strongly related to the teacher from the point of view of supervisors and teachers.
3. The existence of obstacles to the application of continuous assessment of the Arabic language skills in the upper grades of the primary stage in the Qassim region is strongly related to the schedule from the point of view of supervisors and teachers.
4. The existence of obstacles to the application of continuous assessment of the Arabic language skills in the upper grades of the primary stage in the Qassim region is strongly related to the content from the point of view of supervisors and teachers.
