هدف البحث بشكل عام إلى التعرف على دور الإشراف التربوي في تحسين أداء معلمات التربية الفنية في المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة الرياض، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت أداة البحث (الاستبيان) على أفراد العينة، (70) معلمة للتربية الفنية بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة الرياض، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى العديد من النتائج نوجزها فيما يلي: • أن أفراد مجتمع البحث موافقات على الإرشادات التي تقدمها المشرفة التربوية وتسهم في تحسين أداء معلمة التربية الفنية، وكان من أبرز هذه الإرشادات: توضح المشرفة التربوية للمعلمة أهمية شرح الدرس والتنوع في استخدام طرق التدريس المختلفة والحديثة، وتوضح المشرفة التربوية للمعلمة أهمية التقديم للدروس (الإثارة قبل الدرس). • أن أفراد مجتمع البحث موافقات على عمليات التنسيق والمتابعة التي تقوم بها المشرفة التربوية وتسهم في تحسين أداء معلمة التربية الفنية، وكان من أبرز هذه العمليات ما يلي: إبداء المشرفة التربوية الملاحظات للمعلمة بعد انتهاء الدرس، التنسيق من قبل المشرفة التربوية مع المعلمة فيما يتعلق بمواعيد الزيارة والمتابعة. • أن أفراد مجتمع البحث موافقات على جميع على طرق التقويم المستخدمة من قبل المشرفة التربوية وتسهم في تحسين أداء معلمة التربية الفنية، وكان من أبرز هذه الطرق ما يلي: تقوم المشرفة التربوية المعلمة بأسلوب علمي مقنع، تتقبل المشرفة التربوية مناقشة واعتراض المعلمة في بعض فقرات تقييم أدائها الوظيفي. • أن أفراد مجتمع البحث موافقات على أن هناك معوقات تواجه عمل المشرفة التربوية في الإشراف على معلمات التربية الفنية وكان من أبرز هذه المعوقات: تجاهل المسؤولين في الوزارة لمقترحات وملاحظات المشرفة التربوية التي تسهم في تطوير العملية التعليمية للتربية الفنية، ضعف الاهتمام بالدورات التدريبية التي تساعد على رفع كفاءة معلمة التربية الفنية. وبناء على نتائج البحث تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات ومنها: 1- ضرورة الاهتمام بالدورات التدريبية التي تساعد على رفع كفاءة معلمة التربية الفنية. 2- العمل على زيادة وعي المشرفة بالبرامج الإشرافية المعاصرة في تنفيذ أهداف منهج التربية الفنية. 3- ضرورة زيادة إمكانيات المشرفة والتي تتمثل في أحدث النشرات والدورات والمراجع لتطوير أدائهن.
The research aimed to find out the role of educational supervision in improving the performance of the parameters of art education in the intermediate stage in Riyadh. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive method. The questionnaire was used by the sample members (70) Medium in Riyadh, and the researcher reached many of the results summarized below: ■ The members of the research community agree to the instructions provided by the educational supervisor and contribute to improving the performance of the teacher of art education, and the most prominent of these guidelines: The educational supervisor of the teacher explains the importance of explaining the lesson and diversity in the use of different teaching methods and modem, and explains the educational supervisor of the teacher the importance of introducing lessons (Excitement before lesson). ■ The members of the research community agree on the coordination and follow-up processes carried out by the educational supervisor and contribute to the improvement of the performance of the teacher of art education, and the most prominent of these processes are the following: The supervisor of educational remarks to the teacher after the lesson, coordination by the educational supervisor with the teacher regarding the dates of visit and follow-up. ■ Members of the research community agree on all the evaluation methods used by the educational supervisor and contribute to improving the performance of the teacher of art education, and the most prominent of these methods are: The supervisor of educational teacher in a convincing scientific manner, accept the educational supervisor discuss and objection to the teacher in some paragraphs evaluation of their performance. ■ That members of the research community agree that there are obstacles facing the work of educational supervisor in the supervision of teachers of art education and the most prominent of these obstacles: The Ministiy's officials ignored the suggestions and observations of the educational supervisors who contribute to the development of the educational process of artistic education, the lack of interest in the training courses that help to raise the efficiency of the teacher of art education. Based on the results of the research, a number of recommendations were reached, including: 1- The need to pay attention to training courses that help to raise the efficiency of the teacher of art education. 2- Work to increase the awareness of supervising contemporary supervision programs in the implementation of the goals of the curriculum of art education. 3- The need to increase the possibilities of the supervisor, which is the latest bulletins, courses and references to develop their performance.
