المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدي تطبيق مبادئي إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كليتي الاقتصاد والعلوم الإدارية بجامعة ام درمان الإسلامية، من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، وإلى معرفة أثر المتغيرات (النوع، العمر الوظيفة الأكاديمية، والخبرة الأكاديمية) في مدي تطبيق مبادئي الجودة الشاملة، يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من 106 عضو هيئة تدريس، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم استبيان بغرض جمع البيانات من افراد العينة البالغ عددهم 65عضو هيئة تدريس، بنسبة بلغت 61.32% من مجتمع الدراسة، وقد تم استخدام برنامج (SPSS) لاختبار الفرضيات اعتماداً على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، توصلت الدراسة إلى مطابقة نتائج الدراسة لثلاثة من الفرضيات. بأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول مدي تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كليتي الاقتصاد والعلوم الإدارية باختلاف متغير (النوع، العمر، الوظيفة الأكاديمية). وأيضاً اثبتت الدراسة رفض فرض العدم الذي ينص (لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تطبيق مبادئي الجودة الشاملة في كليتي الاقتصاد والعلوم الادارية باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة الأكاديمية) وقبول الفرض البديل (توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تطبيق مبادئي الجودة الشاملة في كليتي الاقتصاد والعلوم الإدارية باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة الأكاديمية)، واختمت الدراسة بتوصيات من أهمها، نشر ثقافة الجودة الشاملة بين أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والإداريين والطلاب والعاملين.

This study aims to identify the extent to which the principals of Comprehensive Quality Management (CQM) are applied in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Omdurman Islamic University; from Staff Members’ point of View. Also it aims to identify the effect of the other variables such as: gender, age, academic career and academic experience; in applying the principals of Comprehensive Quality Management. The population of this study consists of 106 members from the teaching staff. So, in order to achieve the objectives of this study a questionnaire was designed to collect the data. Whereby, samples of 65 teaching staff members were chosen to represent the population of the study. This was at the percent of 61.32% from the population of the study. The SPSS program was used to test hypotheses based on the mean and standard deviations. So that, the researcher found that the results of this study correspond to three hypotheses: firstly, there are no statistically significant differences among teaching staff members; regarding the extent to which the principals of Comprehensive Quality Management are applied on the faculties of economics and administrative sciences; except for the variable of gender, age, academic career. The study also denied the Null hypnosis, which proved that there is no statistical difference in the degree of applying the principles of Comprehensive Quality Management (CQM) on the faculties of economics and administrative sciences except for the variable of the years of academic experience. Thus, the researcher accepted the alternative hypnosis that assumed the existence of statistical difference in the degree of applying the principles of Comprehensive Quality Management (CQM) on the faculties of economics and administrative sciences except for the variable of the years of academic experience. The study concluded with some recommendations, most of which are: spreading the culture of comprehensive quality among the members of teaching staff, the administrators, the students and the workers.
