المستخلص: Since man is found on the earth, he is seeking to meet his needs to live first and continue the human species after that. Upon extrapolating the reality of human societies and the history of their development, we find that man is working hard for the quality of his life and the quality of the means that achieve this, according to the circumstances and capabilities available at every time and place.
As specialists define it, education is the process of transferring knowledge, information, manual and emotional skills from a teacher to learners. Teaching is basically based on three poles, namely: the teacher, who is known as the pedagogical pole, and the student, who is the psychological pole, and the curriculum, which is the knowledge pole. These three poles function and interact positively with each other only under good management.

Depuis l‘apparition de l‘homme sur terre, il s‘est toujours comportéé de façon à satisfaire ses besoins, pour survivre et assurer la succession de l‘espèce humaine.
En essayant de satisfaire ses besoins il a cherché le meilleur, le bien être ce qu‘on peut appeler la qualité. Et il a atteint des degrés importants de cette qualité selon les moyens et les circonstances. L‘enseignement est l‘opération qui permet de transmettre des connaissances des habiletés et compétences motrices de l‘enseignant a l‘élève cet enseignement repose sur trois pôles, l’enseignant qui est le pôle pédagogique, l‘élève le pôle psychologique et le curriculum qui est le pôle cognitif ces pôles réunis ne peuvent pas fonctionner sans l’administration voire un bon management. Vu, l’importance de l'enseignement universitaire on suggère le management de la qualité totale pour la gestion de l’université.


منذ وجد الإنسان في الأرض وهو يسعى إلى تلبية حاجاته ليعيش أولا ثم ليستمر النوع البشري بعد ذلك وعند استقراء واقع المجتمعات البشرية وتاريخ تطورها، نجد أن الإنسان يعمل جاهدا من أجل جودة حياته وجودة الوسائل التي تحقق ذلك، بحسب الظروف والإمكانات المتاحة في كل زمان ومكان.
والتعليم كما يعرفه المختصون هو عملية نقل المعارف والمعلومات والمهارات اليدوية والوجدانية من معلم إلى متعلمين، فالتعليم يقوم أساسا على ثلاثة أقطاب وهي: المعلم وهو الذي يعرف بالقطب البيداغوجي والتلميذ وهو القطب السيكولوجي والمنهاج وهو القطب المعرفي وهذه الأقطاب الثلاثة لا يكون سيرها وتفاعلها مع بعضها بصفة ايجابية إلا بفضل إدارة جيدة.
