المستخلص: تحددت مشكلة البحث الحالي في أن نظام القبول بالجامعات الخاصة المصرية يعاني من العديد من أوجه القصور والتي كان لها تأثير كبير على كفاءة المخرجات التعليمية من تلك الجامعات، الأمر الذي يترتب عليه ضعف القدرة التنافسية لتلك الجامعات، وهذا دعا إلى ضرورة الوقوف على واقع نظم القبول بالجامعات الخاصة في مصر، الذي يعد متطلباً أساسياً لتحقيق قدرتها التنافسية والعمل على تطوير نظم القبول بتلك الجامعات في ضوء خبرات كل من إنجلترا واليابان.
وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير نظم القبول بالجامعات الخاصة في مصر لتحسين قدرتها التنافسية كما يلي:
• الارتقاء بمستوى الكفاءة والقدرة التنافسية لمخرجات الجامعات الخاصة والتي يتحقق معها التواجد على خريطة الجامعات المتميزة على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي والعالمي.
• أن يكون القبول بالجامعات الخاصة في مصر قائماً على الرغبة والاستعداد مع مراعاة إمكانات الكليات من منطلق أن رغبة الطالب واستعداده هي الممثلة للمجموع الكلي للدرجات.
• التنسيق بين أعداد الطلاب المقبولين بالجامعات الخاصة ومتطلبات سوق العمل.
• رفع الحد الأدنى للقبول بالجامعات الخاصة المصرية ليتفق مع الحد الأدنى للقبول بالجامعات الحكومية أسوة ما هو موجود بالدول المتقدمة.
• أنشاء مكتب للقبول بكل كلية من الكليات الموجودة داخل الجامعات الخاصة ويختص هذا المكتب بتنظيم عمليات القبول وتحديد شروط القبول ومتطلباته وامتحاناته والمشاركة في تحديد هذه الأعداد.
• أن تكون الاختبارات التي تجريها الجامعات الخاصة على الطلاب المقبولين دقيقة ومقننة وأن يكون القائمون عليها من ذوي الخبرة والتخصص في هذا المجال.
• أن يكون القبول في الجامعات الخاصة وفقاً للإمكانيات التعليمية المتاحة بكل جامعة.
• أن يتم توجيه وإرشاد الطلاب وتوعيتهم في مرحلة الثانوية بأفضل المهن التي تتناسب مع ميولهم واهتماماتهم واستعداداتهم.

The problem of the current research has been identified in the fact that the admission system of Egyptian private universities suffers from many shortcomings that have had a significant impact on the efficiency of educational outputs from those universities, which leads to the weakening of the competitiveness of these universities. This has called for the need to look into the reality of the Admission to private universities in Egypt, which is a prerequisite for achieving their competitiveness and working on developing admission systems in light of the experiences of both England and Japan.
The research reached a number of recommendations and proposals that could contribute to the development of admission systems for private universities in Egypt to improve their competitiveness as follows:
• Upgrading the level of efficiency and competitiveness of private university outputs, which achieve a presence on the map of distinguished universities at the local, regional and global levels.
• Admission to private universities in Egypt is based on desire and readiness, taking into account the potential of the colleges, based on the fact that the desire and readiness of the student is representative of the total number of degrees.
• Coordinate the number of students admitted to private universities and the requirements of the labour market.
• Raising the minimum requirement for admission to private Egyptian universities to match the minimum requirement for admission to public universities similar to that of developed countries.
• Establishment of an admission office in each of the colleges located within private universities. This office would be responsible for organizing the admission processes, determining the conditions of admission, requirements and its exams and participating in determining these numbers..
• The tests conducted by private universities for admitted students should be accurate and codified, and those responsible should be experienced and specialized in this field.
• Admission to private universities should be in accordance with the educational possibilities available in each university.
• To guide, counsel and educate students at the secondary level in the best professions that suit their tendencies, interests and preparations.
