المستخلص: The present study aimed to achieve the following: - Recognize the degree of employment science teacher's in the secondary stage the principles of constructivism theory in teaching. - Identify the differences between the mean scores of science teacher with regard to their degree of employment science teacher's in the secondary stage the principles of constructivism theory in teaching due to these variables (scientific qualification, experience). The sample consisted of (80) male and female of science teacher's at the secondary stage, The descriptive analytical approach was used in this study, and the questionnaire as a tool to gain access to the results, Also, the means, Student’s t- test, and one way anova were used to test the hypotheses of the study. The results were as follows: - the degree of employment science teacher's in the secondary stage the principles of constructivism theory in teaching was Medium the mean regard (m= 1.96) which was the second category as compared the adopted categories. - There is not statistically significant differences between the mean scores differences between of science teacher's with regard to their degree of employment the secondary stage the principles of constructivism theory in teaching due to these variable (experience). - There is statistically significant differences between the mean scores differences between of science teacher's with regard to their degree of employment the secondary stage the principles of constructivism theory in teaching due to the variable (scientific qualification) in favor of the higher studies.

سعى البحث إلى تحقيق الأهداف الآتية: - تعرف درجة توظيف مدرسي العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية لمبادئ النظرية البنائية في التدريس. - تحديد الفروق في درجة توظيف مدرسي العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية لمبادئ النظرية البنائية في التدريس، تبعا لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) مدرسا ومدرسة من مدرسي العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت الاستبانة الأداة المستخدمة للوصول إلى النتائج، كما استخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية (اختبار Student's t-test، تحليل التباين الأحادي One Way Anova، المتوسط الحسابي للحكم على درجة التوظيف) توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - جاءت درجة توظيف مدرسي العلوم لمبادئ النظرية البنائية في التدريس متوسطة على الدرجة الكلية للاستبانة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (1.96)، وهذا المستوى يقع ضمن المحور الثاني من المعيار المعتمد. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة توظيف مدرسي العلوم لمبادئ النظرية البنائية في التدريس تبعا لمتغير (الخبرة). - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة توظيف مدرسي العلوم لمبادئ النظرية البنائية في التدريس تبعا لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي)، لصالح فئة الدراسات العليا.
