المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس درجة تحقيق معايير ضمان الجودة في برنامج إعداد المعلم بكلية التربية في جامعة طرطوس من وجهة نظر الطلبة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحث استبانة تضمنت (50) معيارًا توزعت على (6) مجالات وفق مقياس ثلاثي متدرج. وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (100) طالبًا من طلبة السنة الرابعة (معلم صف) في كلية التربية -جامعة طرطوس تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وقد أظهرت النتائج: أن درجة تحقيق معايير ضمان الجودة في برنامج إعداد المعلم بكلية التربية في جامعة طرطوس من وجهة نظر عينة الطلبة كانت (متوسطة). وكان ترتيب المجالات على النحو الآتي: (التربية العملية والخبرات الميدانية -مراعاة التنوع والفروق الفردية -معارف الطلبة المعلمين ومهاراتهم واتجاهاتهم -نظام التقييم والتقويم في الكلية -إدارة الكلية ومواردها -تأهيل أعضاء هيئة التدريس وأدائهم وتنميتهم المهنية). كما لم يتبين للمتغيرات المدروسة (متغير مجال التخصص في الثانوية، ومتغير مدى حضور المحاضرات) أي تأثير في نتائج التقويم. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة بعض المقترحات التي يمكن تداولها لتحسين جودة برنامج إعداد المعلم بكلية التربية في جامعة طرطوس وفق معايير ضمان الجودة.

This study aimed at measuring the degree to which the teacher preparation program at Tartous college education metted the quality assurance standards from the point of view of the students. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used a questionnaire that included (50) standards divided into (6) domains according to a three- dimensional scale. The research sample consisted of (100) students of the fourth year (Classroom Teacher) in the Faculty of Education - University of Tartus was chosen in a simple random way. The study found that the degree of meet of the teacher education program at Tartous college education for the requirements of quality assurance in education from the point of view of students was (Medium). The domains were arranged as follows: (Practical education and field experience-Taking into account diversity and individual differences-Students’ knowledge, skills and attitudes-Evaluation and assessment System in the College-College administration and resources-Rehabilitation of faculty members, and their performance and professional development). Also, the studied variables (variable field of specialization in secondary school, variable attendance of lectures) did not show any effect on the results of the evaluation. In light of the study: The results of the study presented some suggestions that can be traded to improve the teacher preparation program at Tartous college education in accordance according to the quality assurance standards.
