المستخلص: يعد التعليم القاعدة الصلبة التي تبني عليها الدول مشروعاتها الاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية والاقتصادية، وتحقق من خلاله مستقبلها الذي تتطلع إليه، وقد ورثت الجزائر المستقلة منظومة تعليمية مستمدة من التعليم الفرنسي سواء من حيث التشريعات أو المناهج واللغة والمحتوى. وهذا ما لا يتوافق مع مقومات الأمة الجزائرية وتطلعات الشعب الذي ضحى كثيراً من أجل استرجاع ثقافته العربية الإسلامية. وأمام هذا التحدي جاء التفكير في تأسيس منظومة تعليمية تتوافق مع المنطلقات الفكرية والحضارية للشعب من خلال إنشاء التعليم الأصلي لإعادة الاعتبار للغة العربية والثقافية الإسلامية. وكانت عثرات التعليم العام والمعاهد الدينية العامل الأول في ظهور التعليم الأصلي بموجب المرسوم 71/299 المؤرخ 31 ديسمبر 1971. والذي يهدف إلى تكوين الطالب المقتنع بانتسابه إلى أمته ووطنه. إن البحث في تجربة التعليم الأصلي في الجزائر يقودنا إلى القول بأن إلغاء التعليم الأصلي كان السبب في الانغلاق الديني، فإلغاؤه دفع بعض الشباب المتحمس للبحث عن مصادر وجهات أجنبية خارجية ليتعلم دينه ما أدى إلى الانحراف في العقيدة والسلوكيات وبعض الممارسات التي لا تمت للإسلام الحنيف بصلة كالتطرف والتكفير والإرهاب وغيرها. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن التعليم الأصلي أحدث ثورة تعليمية تربوية حقيقية في الجزائر في مدة زمنية وجيزة، بإمكانيات مادية وبشرية محدودة. وقد دفعت الجزائر الثمن غالياً بعد إلغاءه. وبناء على النتائج التي خلصت إليها هذه الدراسة يمكن الخروج بجملة من التوصيات لعل أهمها تسليط الضوء على التعليم الأصلي، وإيلائه الأهمية التي تليق به، وذلك بتوضيح ماهيته ومنهجيته، والتنويه بمخرجاته الإيجابية من طلبة مزودين بمعارف عن العلوم الشريعة والكونية تؤهلهم للمساهمة في بناء الدولة والحفاظ على هويتها.

Education is the solid foundation on which states build their social, cultural, political and economic projects. Independent Algeria has inherited an educational system derived from French education in terms of legislation, curriculum, language and content. This is not compatible with the fundamentals of the Algerian nation and the aspirations of the people who sacrificed so much to restore their Arab and Islamic culture. Faced with this challenge, it had to give attention to the educational aspect. The idea was to establish an educational system compatible with the intellectual and cultural values of the people through the establishment of the original education to restore the Arabic language and Islamic culture. The study of the experience of the original education in Algeria in all its aspects leads us to say that the abolition of the original education was the reason for the religious closure. Its cancellation prompted some enthusiastic young people to search for foreign sources and foreigners to learn their religion, which led to deviation in the doctrine and behaviors and some practices that did not belong to Islam Al-Hanif is a bulwark like extremism, atonement, terrorism and others. Through this study, we found that the original education revolutionized a real education in Algeria in a short period of time, with limited material and human resources. Algeria paid early for its cancellation. Based on the findings of this study, it is possible to come up with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to shed light on the original education, and to give it the importance it deserves, by doing more research and studies that explain its nature and methodology, and noting its positive outcomes from students with knowledge about Sharia And the universe qualifies them to contribute to the building of the state and preserve its identity.
