المستخلص: The study was designed to compare the degree of use of some badminton skills among the winners and losers of the Reo Olympics 2016. The study sample consisted of 8 male players who arrived in the quarterfinals of the single in Reo Olympics 2016, The researcher used the descriptive approach by analyzing the (5) Games where all the skills (under consideration) conducted by the players during the competitions were monitored through YouTube. To analyze the data, the researcher used a (T) test for the independent samples. The results of the study showed that the degree of use of offensive skills (Short service, forehand smash, drop shot) was the biggest of the winning players than the losers players, and the degree of defense skill(left, Clear) was lower among the losers than the winning players. The researcher recommends that players focus on the use of offensive skills, especially in the advanced roles of badminton competition.

The researchers used the quasi- experimental approach based on a two-group design with a pre and a post test. The sample of the study was consisted of (80) students, and a random appointment was used distribute them into two equal groups; the experimental taught using reciprocal teaching strategy, and a control group taught using the traditional method, and the critical thinking skills test were applied on study sample. After statistical processes the findings of the research were that there was significant statistically differences at the level of (α=0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and those of the control group in the post-test in the critical thinking skills over all and in the (Interpretation, Argument evaluation, Induction, Deduction) skills favor of the experimental group, but there were no significant statistically differences at the level of (α=0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and those of the control group in the post-test in the Assumptions knowledge skill. Finally, we presented a set of recommendations based on results of our experiment.
