|a يؤثر التعليم في نواحي المجتمع كافة وليس على الطلاب فحسب، لذلك أصبحت مؤسسات التعليم العالي تولي اهتماما بنوعية التعليم لملاقاة توقعات الطلاب. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الصعوبات المؤثرة على الجودة التعليمية في كلية الطب في الجامعة السورية الخاصة وذلك في المجالات الإدارية والخدمية والأكاديمية وأهم معوقات التعليم الجامعي من منظور طلاب الطب والتعرف إلى أي فروق بين أفراد عينة الدراسة. الطرائق: شملت الدراسة 259 استبيان تضمن 44 بندا حول تلك الصعوبات، جمعت من طلاب الطب في الكلية في العام الدراسي .2017 النتائج والاستنتاج: أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة وجود صعوبات في العملية التعليمية في كل المحاور التي تم تقييمها، وتعد الأزمة الحالية في سورية أحد أسبابها. احتلت النواحي الإدارية المرتبة الأولى في الصعوبات ومن المتوقع عند عودة الجامعة إلى مقرها الدائم الحاوي على خدمات متناسبة مع كلية الطب أن تتقلص هذه الصعوبات. نقترح إقامة دورات تدريبية لرفع كفاءة الموظفين وتطبيق البرامج التعريفية والإرشاد الأكاديمي وتقويمها والمشاركة في تطويرها وتقويم المناهج والمقررات الدراسية والعمل على تطويرها وتحديثها.

|b Introduction: higher education affects not only the students themselves, but also all individuals of the society. Therefore, educational institutions are placing greater emphasis on meeting students' expectations and needs. This study aim to determine the difficulties affecting educational quality in Faculty of Medicine of Syrian Private University in the domains of administration, facilities, academic, and the impact of these difficulties on students from their perspective, in addition, to recognize any statistical difference between the study sample subgroups. Methods: the study included 259 questionnaire; each included 44 questions surveyed from medical students in the educational year 2017. Results and conclusion: the results showed apparent difficulties in educational process in all study domains, we think that the current Syrian crises is one of the main causes. Administrative problems were on top of the difficulties; therefore, we recommend reconsidering administrative services in university main campus. We also suggest providing training courses for the faculty staff, and apply good academic guidance for students. In addition to the continuing development of current academic curriculum.
