|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعريف فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح في ضوء نظرية العبء المعرفي لتنمية مهارات التدريس والدافعية العقلية لدى الطلاب تخصص العلوم بمصر والمملكة العربية السعودية، ولمعرفة أثر المتغير المستقل (البرنامج التدريبي) على المتغيرات التابعة (مهارات التدريس، الدافعية العقلية) طبقت أدوات البحث (اختبار الجانب المعرفي لمهارات التدريس – بطاقة ملاحظة الجانب الأدائي لمهارات التدريس) على عينة من الطلاب المعلمين بكليتي التربية بالغردقة وأبها، وبلغ عددهم (51) طالباً وطالبة بالفرقة الرابعة تخصص علوم بكليتي التربية بالغردقة وأبها، وقد تبين من نتائج البحث أن هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (α = 0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بالغردقة في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي في الأداء على اختبار وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التدريس ككل لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أن هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (α = 0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بأبها في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي في الأداء على اختبار وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التدريس ككل لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α = 0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بالغردقة في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي في الأداء على مقياس الدافعية العقلية ككل لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α = 0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بالغردقة ودرجات الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بأبها في التطبيق البعدي على اختبار الجانب المعرفي وبطاقة الملاحظة لمهارات التدريس ككل لصالح الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بأبها، كما توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (α = 0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بالغردقة ودرجات الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بأبها في التطبيق البعدي على مقياس الدافعية العقلية ككل لصالح الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بالغردقة.

|b The research aimed to investigating the effectiveness of Proposed Training Program Based on Cognitive Load Theory in Developing Teaching Skills and Mental Motivation of Student science Teachers in Egypt and Saudi Arabia Kingdom , to investigate the effect of independent variable (Training program) on dependent variable (teaching skills and mental motivation), the research tools are applied (teaching skills test, observation instrument and mental motivation scale) on (51) collegian in fourth year, faculty of education. Results of the research revealed the following outcomes: There was statistically significant differences at the level ( 0.01 ) between means of scores of the science student teachers in Hurghada faculty of education in the pretest and post test of teaching skills test and observation instrument of teaching skills in favor of post test, Also there was statistically significant differences at the level ( 0.01 ) between means of scores of the science student teachers in Abha faculty of education in the pretest and post test of teaching skills test and observation instrument of teaching skills in favor of post test, Also There was statistically significant differences at the level ( 0-01 ) between means of scores of the science student teachers in Hurghada faculty of education in the pretest and post test of mental motivation scale in favor of post test, Also There was statistically significant differences at the level ( 0-01 ) between means of scores of the science student teachers in Abha faculty of education in the pretest and post test of mental motivation scale in favor of post test, Also There was statistically significant differences at the level ( 0.01 ) between means of scores of the spience student teachers in Hurghada faculty of education and the science student teachers in Abha faculty of education in post test of teaching skills test and observation instrument of teaching skills in favor of the science student teachers in Abha faculty of education, Also There was statistically significant differences at the level ( 0.01 ) between means of scores of the science student teachers in Hurghada faculty of education and the science student teachers in Abha faculty of education in post test of mental motivation scale in favor of the science student teachers in Hurghada faculty of education
