|f In recent years, the use of electronic communications has expanded among students, especially with the development that has accompanied the emergence of the third generation and the fourth generation of Internet communications, leading it to become a platform for writing. It is a writing characterized by voluntary transgressions of academic rules for writing through the use of abbreviated and simplified strategies for French spelling. As a consequence of that, this new writing trend has created anxiousness among educational institutions that keep sounding the alarm about its negative impact upon the spelling level of learners. Therefore, we have attempted, through this article, to utilize the university domain to study the phenomenon of electronic writing in a strict manner by analyzing real written productions of students in a formal context.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|d L’utilisation de la communication électronique s’est intensifiée au cours de ces dernières années chez les étudiants notamment avec l’avènement de la 3G/4G, devenant ainsi la plateforme propice de l’écrit. Un écrit caractérisé par des transgressions volontaires des normes conventionnelles qui se réalisent à travers le recours à des stratégies abréviatives et simplificatrices de l’orthographe française. \nCependant, cette nouvelle tendance scripturale a toujours inquiété les institutions éducatives qui ne cessent de tirer la sonnette d’alarme quant à ses répercussions sur le niveau orthographique des apprenants. Nous avons donc tenté, dans le\nprésent article, d’investir la sphère universitaire pour étudier le phénomène de l’écriture électronique de manière rigoureuse en analysant des productions écrites authentiques des étudiants\ndans un contexte formel.

|a قد اتسع استخدام الاتصالات الإلكترونية في السنوات الأخيرة بين الطلبة خاصة مع التطور الذي واكب ظهور الجيل الثالث والجيل الرابع للاتصالات بالإنترنت، ليصبح منصة للكتابة. كتابة تتميز بالتجاوزات الطوعية للقواعد الأكاديمية للكتابة من خلال استخدام الاستراتيجيات المختصرة والمبسطة للتهجئة الفرنسية. ونتيجة لذلك، فإن هذا الاتجاه الكتابي الجديد خلق قلقا لدى المؤسسات التعليمية التي لا تنفك تدق ناقوس الخطر حول أثيره السلبي على مستوى التهجئة للمتعلمين. ولذلك حاولنا من خلال هذا المقال أن نستثمر المجال الجامعي لدراسة ظاهرة الكتابة الإلكترونية بطريقة صارمة من خلال تحليل إنتاجات مكتوبة حقيقية من الطلاب في سياق رسمي.
