المستخلص: The study aimed to identify the reality of the preparation of the teacher in the faculties of education at the University of Al-Baath in the light of the overall quality standards from the perspective of students and faculty members The problem of the study was identified in the following main question: What is the reality of the preparation of classroom teachers in the Faculty of Education at Al-Baath University in the light of the overall quality standards from the perspective of students and faculty members? The researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher built the study tool (the total quality scale for the reality of teacher preparation in the College of Education in Homs), which is a questionnaire, and verified its validity and stability. The study included in its picture The final (5) areas are program objectives, admission policies and practices (46 Statments), and then applied the study tool to a random sample of students (fourth year) of the faculties of education at Al-Baath University, the teacher of the class, where the sample size (50) A student and a student from the community while applying the study tool on a random sample of faculty members revealed the results of the study that the percentage of availability of the total quality standards for the reality of the preparation of teachers in the grade of education colleges from the point of view of students is (65.2%), (66.0% , (63.4%) respectively, and by a general percentage (64.6%). The results of the study revealed that the percentage of availability of the total quality standards for the reality of preparing the grade teachers in the faculties of education from the point of view of the members of the faculty of Al-Baath University (66.6%). There are no statistically significant differences between the average value of students and the average evaluations of faculty members on the level Indication (0.05) In light of these results, which reveal the need to work on the development of the reality of the preparation of the teachers of the grade and the conclusions of the number of recommendations, the most important: the development of the objectives of the College of Education, the development of a clear and declared policy for acceptance of students, and the development of teacher preparation programs, work on the development of the performance of teaching staff, The process, deepening the content of courses, the need to work on the development of students' performance

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إعداد المعلم في كليات التربية بجامعة البعث في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية وتحددت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما واقع إعداد معلمي الصف في كلية التربية بجامعة البعث في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية؟ وتفرع عن هذا السؤال (7) أسئلة، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، حيث قام الباحث ببناء أداة الدراسة (مقياس الجودة الشاملة لواقع إعداد المعلم في كلية التربية بحمص) وهي استبانة، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، واشتملت الدراسة في صورتها النهائية (5) مجالات هي أهداف البرنامج، سياسات القبول وممارساتها، أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس، محتوي المقررات الدراسية، التربية العملية و(46) فقرة ومن ثم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينة طبقية عشوائية من الطلبة الخريجين (السنة الرابعة) من كليات التربية في جامعة البعث قسم معلم الصف حيث بلغ حجم العينة (50) طالبة وطالب من المجتمع بينما تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن نسبة توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة لواقع إعداد معلمي الصف في كليات التربية من وجهة نظر الطلبة هي (65.2%)، (66.0%)، (63.4%) على الترتيب وبنسبة عامة (64.6%) فيما كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن نسبة توافير معايير الجودة الشاملة لواقع إعداد معلمي الصف في كليات التربية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس لجامعة البعث (66.6%) ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط قيمة الطلبة ومتوسط تقييمات أعضاء هيئة تدريسية عن مستوي دلالة (0.05). وعلى ضوء تلك النتائج التي تكشف عن ضرورة العمل على تطوير واقع إعداد معلمي الصف وتم استنتاج عدد التوصيات أهمها: تطوير أهداف كلية التربية، تطوير سياسة واضحة ومعلنة لقبول الطلبة، وتطوير برامج إعداد المعلم، العمل على تطوير أداء هيئة تدريس، تطوير أهداف التربية العملية، تعميق محتوي مقررات دراسية، ضرورة العمل على تطوير أداء الطلبة.
