هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مجتمع المعرفة، بغية تحديد مفهوم وأبعاد ومتطلبات وخصائص مجتمع المعرفة، إلقاء الضوء على الإدارة الإلكترونية بشكل عام وعملية التنظيم الإلكتروني بشكل خاص وتحليلها، بغية تحديد ماهية عمليات الإدارة الإلكترونية فيما يخص عملية التنظيم، ومتطلبات تطبيق التنظيم الإلكتروني لبناء مجتمع المعرفة، وخطوات كلية التربية-جامعة المنيا نحو بناء المجتمع المعرفة، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن دور التنظيم الإلكتروني بإدارة برامج الدراسات العليا في بناء مجتمع المعرفة لكلية التربية جامعة المنيا من وجهة نظر القائمين على إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا وعينة من طلاب برامج الدراسات العليا المختلفة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن ممارسة إجراءات التنظيم الإلكتروني جاءت مرتفعة فيما يخص اكتساب المعرفة بها ولكنه في باقي جوانب عملية التنظيم الإلكتروني جاءت درجة التحقق متوسطة بها لأنها لم تصل إلى المستوى المطلوب من خدمات وحدة الدراسات العليا. وعلى ضوء ذلك قدمت الدراسة مقترحات إجرائية لتفعيل دور التنظيم الإلكتروني في إدارة برامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة المنيا لبناء مجتمع المعرفة.
The study aimed to identify the knowledge society in order to define the concept, dimensions, requirements and characteristics of the knowledge society. To shed light on the electronic management in general and the process of electronic regulation in particular and analyze it, in order to determine what electronic management processes in terms of the organization process, the requirements of the application of electronic organization to build the knowledge society, and steps of the Faculty of Education - Minia University towards building the knowledge society. In addition, the role of the electronic organization in the management of postgraduate programs in building the knowledge society of the Faculty of Education, Minia; University from the point of view of the administrators of graduate programs and a sample of students of various graduate programs. The study found several results, the most important of which is that the practice of electronic regulation procedures was high in terms of acquiring knowledge, but in the other aspects of the electronic organization, the degree of verification was medium because it did not reach the required level of services of the graduate unit. In light of this, the study presented procedural proposals to activate the role of electronic organization in the management of graduate programs at the Faculty of Education, Minia University, to build the knowledge society.
