المستخلص: Les progiciels de gestion intégrée sont imposés comme un nouveau défi pour l’amélioration des activités de l’entreprise, et doivent être harmonisées aux objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise pour fournir un véritable levier, cela permet à l’entreprise d’acquérir un avantage concurrentiel durable et défendable. L’implémentation d’un progiciel de gestion intégrée représente une maitrise d’un facteur clé de succès, étant donnée dans notre cas que l’entreprise en question est l’unique au marché qui détient ce type d’ERP.
L’intégration d’un ERP pour le management de la Chain logistique a une influence directe sur les coûts ou la différenciation, il intervient dans l’avantage concurrentiel en modifiant les autres facteurs d’évolution des coûts ou d’unicité. Du fait de ce rôle majeur dans l’obtention d’un avantage concurrentiel et dans la satisfaction des clients, il permet également l’amélioration du processus de distribution ainsi que le gain du temps lié à chaque opération. L’adoption d’ERP pour la gestion logistique procure des résultats incontestables sur la performance et la flexibilité de l’entreprise, ce qui rend l’entreprise plus compétitive face à la rivalité concurrentielle qui devient de plus en plus dur.

تشكل التحديات الجديدة التي تفرضها بيئة الأعمال رهان جديد للمؤسسات للتأقلم مع حجم المنافسة، تشكل تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال عموما وبرمجيات تخطيط موارد المؤسسة أدوات تسيير فعالة لمجابهة هذه التحديات. إن تبني برمجيات تخطيط موارد المؤسسة من شأنه أن يحسن أنشطة المؤسسة ويكسبها ميزة تنافسية دائمة تحمي مصالحها، كما هو الحال في دراسة الحالة التي قمنا بها أين المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعتبر الوحيدة في السوق الجزائرية التي تملك البرنامج ذو الخصائص المذكورة في المداخلة.
إن لاستخدام برامج تخطيط موارد المؤسسة أثر هائل على إدارة الشبكات اللوجستية لما تمنحه من تحكم كبير في توريد السلع للزبائن وإرضائهم وبالتالي تساهم بشكل كبير في تخفيض تكلفة التوزيع والانفراد بخدمات متميزة تمنح للزبائن بربح الوقت وإمكانية معالجة الطلبات في وقت قصير، بالإضافة إلى التسيير المتكامل الذي تمنحه هذه التكنولوجيا بين مختلف وظائف المؤسسة من مالية ومحاسبة وتسيير المخزونات.

The new challenges posed by the business environment are a new bet for enterprises to adapt to the scale of the competition. Information and communication technologies in general and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software are effective management tools to address these challenges. Adopting ERP software will improve the enterprize’s activities and give it a permanent competitive advantage that protects its interests, as in our case study, where the organization in question is the only one in the Algerian market that has the software with the features mentioned in the intervention.
The use of ERP software has a tremendous impact on the management of logistics networks because it gives great control over the supply of goods to customers and thus contributes significantly, reducing the cost of distribution and exclusive services that give customers time and the ability to process orders in a short time. In addition to the integrated management provided by this technology between the various functions of the organization, such as finance, accounting, and inventory management.
