المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على التعلم المدمج لتنمية مهارات توظيف خدمات الحوسبة السحابية لدى أمينات مصادر التعلم بمنطقة الرياض، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي ذا التصميم التجريبي القائم على المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة؛ وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) أمينة مصادر تعلم تابعات لإدارة التجهيزات المدرسية بالرياض قسم مصادر التعلم، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد أداتي البحث (الاختبار التحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي المتعلق بمهارات استخدام الحوسبة السحابية، وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات استخدام الحوسبة السحابية)، وبعد التأكد من صدقهم وثباتهم بالطرق المناسبة، تم تطبيقهم قبلياً وبعدياً على عينة الدراسة، حيث أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) فأقل بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي عند مستوى التذكر، ومستوى الفهم، ومستوى التطبيق، وكذلك في الدرجة الكلية لجميع مستويات الاختبار التحصيلي، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) فأقل بين متوسطات درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة في جميع أبعاد مهارات بطاقة الملاحظة وكذلك الدرجة الكلية لجميع مهارات استخدام الحوسبة السحابية لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كذلك أكدت نتائج الدراسة على وجود أثر كبير للبرنامج التدريبي القائم على التعلم المدمج في تنمية الجانب المعرفي والمهارى لمهارات توظيف خدمات الحوسبة السحابية لدى أمينات مصادر التعلم بحساب قيمة مربع إيتا، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الباحثة بضرورة تبني البرامج التدريبية القائمة على التعلم المدمج في التدريب المهني لأمناء مصادر التعلم نظراً لما أثبته من فاعلية في تنمية مهارات أمينات مصادر التعلم في استخدام مهارات الحوسبة السحابية.

The study aimed to measure the effectiveness of a training program based on integrated learning to develop the skills of using cloud computing services for the secretaries of learning resources in Riyadh. The study used the semi-experimental method with an experimental design based on one experimental group; the sample of the study consisted of (30) learning resource secretaries from the School Equipment Department in Riyadh, Learning Resources Section. The researcher prepared two research tools (the achievement test to measure the knowledge aspect related to the skills of using cloud computing, and the notecard of the skills of using cloud computing). After ascertaining their validity and stability in the appropriate ways, they were applied both before and after on the study sample. The results showed that there is a statistically significant difference of 0.05 or below between the average grades of the experimental group in the pre and post-application of the achievement test in favour of the post-application at the level of remembering, understanding and application level as well as in the overall score for all achievement levels. In addition, there are significant differences at (0.05) and below between the averages of pre and post-application of the observation card in all dimensions of skills in the observation card as well as the total score of all cloud computing skills in favour of the post-application. The results of the study also confirmed that there is a significant impact of the integrated learning-based training program in developing the aspect of knowledge and skills to use cloud computing services among the secretaries of learning resources by calculating the value of the ETA squared. In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the need to adopt training programs based on integrated learning in vocational training for the secretaries of learning resources due to its proven effectiveness in developing the skills of secretaries of learning resources in the use of cloud computing skills.
