المستخلص: Le but de cette recherche était de révéler d’étudier l’intelligence émotionnelle et ses liens avec les résultats scolaires des étudiants de quatrième année en mathématiques de l’Université Al-Quds - Abu Dis. L'échantillon de l'étude était composé de tous les étudiants pour l'année universitaire 2017-2018, soit 150 étudiants, dont 60 étudiants remarquables ? et 90 étudiants ordinaires. Un questionnaire a été conçu sous la forme finale de 42 paragraphes répartis sur les dimensions de l'intelligence émotionnelle suivante : (connaissance émotionnelle, gestion émotionnelle, régulation émotionnelle, empathie, communication sociale).

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته بالتحصيل الدراسي عند طلاب السنة الرابعة تخصص رياضيات في جامعة القدس – أبو ديس. تكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع الطلاب، للعام الدراسي 2017- 2018م وعددهم (150) طلاب، منهم (60) طلاب متفوق تحصيلياً و (90) طلاب عادية. وقد صممت استبانة تكونت في صورتها النهائية من (42) فقرة موزعة على أبعاد الذكاء الانفعالي التالي: (المعرفة الانفعالية، إدارة الانفعالات، تنظيم الانفعالات، التعاطف، التواصل الاجتماعي).

The aim of this study was to reveal the emotional intelligence and its relation to the academic achievement of the students of the fourth year of mathematics specialization at Al-Quds University - Abu Dis. The sample of the study was composed of all students for the academic year 2017-2018. The total number of students is 150 students, of which 60 are outstanding students and 90 are ordinary students. A questionnaire was designed in the final form of 42 paragraphs distributed on the dimensions of the following emotional intelligence (emotional knowledge, emotional management, emotional regulation, empathy, social communication).
