المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أسباب الصمت التنظيمي لدى معلمي مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة الداخلية في سلطنة عمان، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (167) معلم ومعلمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أسباب الصمت التنظيمي لدى معلمي مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة الداخلية في سلطنة عمان جاءت بدرجة منخفضة بشكل عام، كما تراوحت بين المتوسطة والمنخفضة في محاور الدراسة، حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى محور أسباب تتعلق بالزملاء وبدرجة تقدير متوسطة، يليه في المرتبة الثانية محور أسباب تتعلق بالإدارة المدرسية وبدرجة تقدير متوسطة أيضاً، أما محور الأسباب الشخصية فجاء في المرتبة الثالثة وبدرجة تقدير منخفضة، كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α≤0.05) تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي، ولكن أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) تعزي إلى متغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الذكور، ومتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح سنوات الخبرة 11 سنة فأكثر.

The present study aimed to identify The Reasons of the Organizational Silence among the teachers in the Basic Education Schools in Al-Dakhilia Govemorate in the ’Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (167) teachers. The results of the study showed that The Reasons of the Organizational Silence among the teachers was came generally low; and between the medium and the low of all Fields, In the first place, the reasons of the problems of the colleagues and the degree of appreciation of the medium, followed by second the reasons of school management and a medium degree of appreciation also, the personal reasons came in third place and a low degree of appreciation. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the individuals of the study sample at the level (α≤ 0.05) attributed to the academic level variable, were statistically significant differences in the responses of the members of the study sample at the level of significance (α≤0.05) attributed to the gender variable in favor of males, the variable years of experience for the years of experience 11 years and above, and the absence of statistically significant differences In the responses of the individuals of the study sample at the level of significance (a < 0.05) attributed to the scientific qualification, The results also found differences in the gender variable in the Field of obstacles related to teachers and for the benefit of males, And variable years of experience for years of experience 11 years and over.
