خلق الله الإنسان في أحسن صورة على أكمل وجه ولكن يحدث بين الحين والحين الأخر أن تصاب الأسرة في أعز ما لديها من أحد أطفالها الذي يصاب في أحد حواسه أو قدراته فيتحول هذا الطفل إلى طفل معاق إما بدنياً أو عقلياً أو بصرياً أو سمعياً، والمعاق هو الشخص الذي تكون قدرته على أداء المهام العادية في الحياة اليومية أقل مما متوفر لدى الشخص العادي، ولقد حثنا ديننا الإسلامي على رعاية المعاقين كما جاء في الحديث الشريف قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم (إنما ينصر الله هذه الأمة بضعفيها)، ويعد المعاقين بفئاتهم المختلفة من ضعاف الأمة، لذا وجب علينا رعايتهم والعناية بهم وتوفير كل ما يساعدهم على العيش كالأسوياء. والطفل المعاق عقلياً هو الذي يتصف بحالة من عدم اكتمال النمو العقلي، بحيث لا يستطيع أن يصل إلى المستوى التحصيلي الأكاديمي مثل الطفل السوي إلا أنه قد يستطيع أن يصل إلى مستوى النضج الحركي والاجتماعي قريباً من المستوى الذي يصل عليه الطفل السوي من نفس عمره الزمني وذلك من خلال البرامج الموجه. (35: 65). وتعد الإعاقة الذهنية من أشد مشكلات الطفولة خطورة نظراً لما يترتب عليها من أثار نفسية عميقة على الطفل المعاق وعلى أسرهم والمحيطين بهم، كما إنها مشكلة متعددة الجوانب والأبعاد والتي تتداخل فيما بينها ويصعب الفصل بينهم، فتتراوح بين أبعاد وجوانب طبية وصحية واجتماعية ونفسية وتأهيلية ومهنية، الأمر الذي يجعل من هذه المشكلة نموذجاً مميزاً في التكوين وفريداً في أثاره ونتائجه، لهذا فإن مشكلة الإعاقة الذهنية بأبعادها المتنوعة هي مشكلة تمثل اختياراً صعباً للمجتمع في اتجاهاته الإنسانية والعلمية والأكاديمية والتطبيقية وفي مدى حرصه على توفير الحياة العادية السعيدة لجميع أفراده في حدود إمكانياتهم المختلفة. (36: 40). وتؤكد نوال إبراهيم (2000م) على أهمية الألعاب التعليمية تنبع من إدراكنا لأهمية التطوير والتحسين في العملية التعليمية والنهوض بها إلى أداء جيد وتحقيق الأهداف التربوية التي تتضمن النمو الشامل. والمتوازن عن طريق تهيئة فرص اللعب والمرحل والنشاط. (44: 30). ومن هنا جاءت أهمية البحث في التعرف على مستوى القدرة اللغوية للغة الإنجليزية عند الأطفال المعاقين عقلياً والعمل على تحسينها وتطويرها من خلال إعداد برنامج حركي وإرشادي مما يحقق أهداف تربوية كثيرة، وبالنظر لأهمية مرحلة رياض الأطفال التي لها الأثر البالغ في تكوين شخصية الطفل المستقبلية فضلاً عما توفره له من خبرات حركية تعد مصدراً مهما للتنمية للطفل بوجه عام، ويستطيع من خلالها إدراك العلاقات المتداخلة في عالمه المحيط به. أهدف البحث: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم برنامج أنشطة حركية للأطفال المعاقين ذهنياً ومعرفة فاعليته على القدرة اللغوية في اللغة الإنجليزية من خلال: 1)التعرف على الأنشطة الحركية المناسبة للأطفال المعاقين عقلياً في مادة اللغة الإنجليزية وكيفية استخدامها. 2)التعرف على فاعلية الأنشطة الحركية في إكساب للأطفال المعاقين عقلياً الحروف الهجائية لمادة اللغة الإنجليزية. فروض البحث: 1) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القياس القبلي بين متوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة، وذلك في القياس (القبلي – البعدي) في الاختبار التحصيلي للغة الإنجليزية للمعاقين عقلياً. 2)توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى في القياس القبلي بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية، وذلك في القياس (القبلي – البعدي) في الاختبار التحصيلي للغة الإنجليزية للمعاقين عقلياً. 3)توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى في القياس البعدي بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة، وذلك في القياس البعدي في الاختبار التحصيلي للغة الإنجليزية للمعاقين عقلياً. 4)عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى في القياس البعدي والتتبعي بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية، وذلك في الاختبار التحصيلي للغة الإنجليزية للمعاقين عقلياً. عينة البحث: يشمل مجتمع وعينة البحث التلاميذ المعاقين ذهنياً القابلين للتعلم بالمرحلة السنية (4 – 6.6) سنة، مدرسة هابي لاند (مؤسسة آلاء لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة)، للعام الدراسي 2015/2016، والبالغ عددهم (40) طفل وقد قامت الباحثة باختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية وفقاً لشروط اختيار العينة الموضحة أدناه وتم تقسيمهم إلى (15) أطفال للمجموعة التجريبية و(15) أطفال للمجموعة الضابطة، و(10) أطفال للدراسة الاستطلاعية من خارج العينة الأساسية للبحث. نتائج البحث توصلت نتائج البحث الحالي بعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة إلى: أوضحت الدراسة أن هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في الاختبار البعدي، يعزى للأثر التجريبي في تعلم الحروف الهجائية لمادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وهذا التباين في الدرجات الذي حدث في القياس البعدي لتعلم اللغة يعود لاختلاف نوع مجموعة البحث (تجريبية أو ضابطة). يتضح أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في الاختبار البعدي لتعلم الحروف الهجائية، وهذا يدل على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة) في تعلم الحروف الهجائية، وهذا يشير إلى فعالية وكفاءة البرنامج الحركي تعليم اللغة الإنجليزية. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الأطفال المجموعة التجريبية، في القياس البعدي والتتبعي في تعلم الحروف الهجائية والمفردات لمادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وهذا سيؤكد فاعلية استخدام البرنامج الحركي في تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية.
