|b The study aimed to answer the following question: Is there a correlation statistically significant at the level of (α = 0.05) between transformational leadership and quality of work life of the professors at the Faculty of exact sciences and natural sciences and Life University Mohammed Khider Biskra? to achieve objectives of the study, the researcher designed questionnaire, includes two parts measures the variables of the study: transformational leadership, and quality of life work and consisting of (70) paragraph in its entirety the researcher analyzed the paragraphs of the sample responses using statistical packages for social studies method. (Spss). The researcher used the Pearson correlation coefficient to detect a statistically significant relationship between the variables of the study. The study reached the following result: Correlation statistically significant at the level of (α = 0.05) between transformational leadership and quality of work life with accurate and professors at the Faculty of exact sciences and natural sciences and Life University Mohammad Khider Biskra

|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي: هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (α = 0.05) بين القيادة التحويلية وجودة حياة العمل لدى الأساتذة بكلية العلوم الدقيقة وعلوم الطبيعة والحياة جامعة بسكرة؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة، يتضمن جزئيين يقيسا متغيري الدراسة: القيادة التحويلية، وجودة حياة العمل والمتكون من (70) فقرة في مجمله، قام الباحث بتحليل استجابات فقرات العينة مستخدما أسلوب الرزم الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية (spss v16)، وكما استخدم الباحث معامل ارتباط بيرسون للكشف عن علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتيجة التالية: ثبوت صحة الفرضية العامة توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة (α = 0.05) بين القيادة التحويلية وجودة حياة العمل لدى الأساتذة بكلية العلوم الدقيقة وعلوم الطبيعة والحياة بجامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة.
