|a هدف البحث الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج قائم على التنمية المستدامة لتنمية الجدارات التدريسية لدى معلمي العلوم الزراعية، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في قائمة بالجدارات التدريسية التي ينبغي تنميتها معلم العلوم الزراعية- اختيار المعارف والمعلومات المرتبطة بالجدارات التدريسية - بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجدارات التدريسية لمعلم العلوم الزراعية. وبناءً على ما تقدم فقد أسفر البحث على النتائج التالية: وقد تبين من نتائج البحث قبول فروض البحث حيث أن البرنامج القائم على التنمية المستدامة أثر على معلمي العلوم الزراعية بالإيجاب مما أدى إلى تنمية الجدارات التدريسية.

|b Title: Effectiveness of a training program based on sustainable development for the development of teaching competencies among agricultural science teachers. Objective: The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a sustainable development program for the development of teaching competencies among agricultural science teachers. Instruments: A List of teaching competencies which should be developed among the agricultural science teacher - A Cognitive Test of knowledge and information related to teaching competencies - An observation checklist to measure the teaching competencies of agricultural science teacher. Based on the above, the research resulted in the following results: The results of the research showed that research hypotheses were accepted as the program based on sustainable development had a positive impact on the teachers of agricultural sciences, which led to the development of the teaching competencies.
