المستخلص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التجارية والتسيير بجامعة 08 ماي 1945 قالمة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين بها. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، قمنا بتقسيم البحث إلى جانب نظري وآخر تطبيقي، حيث تضمن في جانبه النظري عرض المفاهيم المتعلقة بالشفافية الإدارية وكذا مجالات ممارستها، أما الجانب التطبيقي فتمحور حول دراسة ميدانية شملت أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية محل الدراسة وبغية تحقيق ذلك تم تصميم استمارة وتوزيعها على110 مستجوبا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن واقع ممارسة الشفافية في الكلية كانت بجميع مكوناتها بدرجة متوسطة، كما لا توجد فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية لمستوى ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية بمكونتها تعود لمتغير الجنس، الرتبة، الفئة العمرية.

This study aims to know the reality of the practice of the administrative transparency in the Faculty of Economics, Commercial sciences and Management at the University of 08 May 1945, Guelma, from the viewpoint of its staff members. To achieve this goal, this work has divided the research into theoretical and practical aspects, in which its theoretical side represents the concepts that related to the administrative transparency as well as the fields of its practice, however, the applied aspect focuses on a field study included faculty members of teaching staff as case study, and in order to achieve this aim, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 110 respondents. The study reached a number of results: the reality of the practice of transparency in the faculty with all its components was a medium degree, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of the practice of the administrative transparency in its composition due to gender variable, rank, age group.

A travers la présente étude, nous visons d’examiner les pratiques de la transparence administrative au niveau de la Faculté des sciences économiques et des sciences de gestion et commerciales au sein de l'Université du 8 mai 1945, et ce du point de vue du corps professoral de cette faculté. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons structuré la recherche en deux parties; une partie théorique et une autre pratique, en commençant, dans son aspect conceptuel, par la présentation des concepts liés à la transparence administrative et les différents domaines de sa pratique, par ailleurs , l'aspect pratique de la recherche consiste à une étude sur terrain impliquant les membres du corps professoral de la faculté visée, pour y parvenir, un questionnaire a été conçu et distribué à 110 impératifs. L'étude à abouté à un certain nombre de résultats: que la pratique de la transparence dans la faculté étudiée était d'un degré modéré dans toutes ses composantes, et qu’il n'y avait pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans le niveau de pratique de la transparence administrative concernant les variables de contrôle (sexe, Age, grade).
