|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى فاعلية أنموذج ثيلين في تحصيل طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية بمادة الكيمياء العضوية وتنمية اتخاذ القرار، تألف عينة البحث من (52) طالبا وطالبة مقسمة إلى مجموعتين احدهما تجريبية وعدد أفرادها (26) طالبا وطالبة ودرست حسب أنموذج ثيلين والأخرى ضابطة وعدد أفراده (26) طالبا وطالبة ودرست بالطريقة الاعتيادية، كوفئت المجموعتان ببعض المتغيرات التي قد تؤثر على سير التجربة ومنها التحصيل السابق وفي مقياس اتخاذ القرار وتكونت أدوات البحث من اختبارا تحصيليا من نوع الاختيار من متعدد بواقع (40) فقرة اختيارية بأربع بدائل والأداة الثانية مقياس اتخاذ القرار الذي تم بناؤه لأغراض البحث الحالي، واستخدمت عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية لتحليل النتائج منها الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين (t-test) وأظهرت النتائج تفوق أفراد المجموعة التجريبية على أفراد المجموعة الضابطة بالاختبار التحصيلي وبمقياس اتخاذ القرار وقد استنتج الباحث مجموعة من الاستنتاجات وبعض المقترحات وأوصى بضرورة اعتماد النماذج والاستراتيجيات التدريسية الحديثة في تدريس الطلبة لما لها دور إيجابي في تحسين عملية التعليم وعملية اتخاذ القرار.

|b The current research aims at the effectiveness of the Thilin model in the achievement of the students of the Basic Education Faculty with organic chemistry and decision making. The sample of the research was 52 students divided into two groups, one experimental and 26 students, studied according to the Thilin model, 26) students and studied in the usual way, the two groups were rewarded with some variables that may affect the course of the experiment, including the previous collection and in the decision-making scale. The research tools consist of a multivariate selection test with (40) The results showed that the experimental group was superior to the members of the control group with the achievement test and the decision-making scale. The researcher concluded a number of conclusions and some suggestions. And recommended the need to adopt modern teaching models and strategies in teaching students because they have a positive role in improving the process of education and decision-making process
