المستخلص: إن استخدام الأطفال غير الرشيد لوسائل الإعلام والتكنولوجيا الحديثة، أصبح مثار حديث وجدل على الصفحات الرسمية للأخبار في العديد من الصحف، وتدور أغلبها حول استخدام الأطفال غير الرشيد للكمبيوتر والأجهزة المحمولة، وباتت التكنولوجيا الحديثة تتحدى المعلمين في المدارس والآباء في البيوت. لذا فنحن في أمس الحاجة إلى سياسة وقائية تحفيزية، وقائية ضد أخطار التكنولوجيا وتحفيزية للاستفادة المثلى من إيجابياتها، سياسة تعتمد على تكامل جميع مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية (الأسرة، المدرسة، وسائل الإعلام، المسجد...) لتكريس مفهوم التربية الإعلامية والرقمية في أوساط النشء.

The misuse of electronic and media devices by teenagers becomes a controversy discussed by many news papers. The premises mainly is the unguided use of children to computers and laptops, besides to the challenge it presents to teachers at school and parents at home. Thus we need a serious protective and motivational plan. First, pretentive against the dangers of technology and second motivates the positive use of it. this relies on the collaboration of all social upbringing institutions ( family, school, mass media, mosques) to inculcate the concepts of media and digital upbringing in the minds of the youth.

Le mauvais usage des nouvelles technologies d’information par les enfants devient une controverse discutée par de nombreux journaux. Il s’agit principalement de l’ utilisation irrationnelle d’ordinateurs et autres moyens de communications portables, ce qui pose un grand défi aux enseignants à l’école et aux parents à la maison. Nous avons donc besoin d’un plan de protection sérieux, préventif contre les dangers des TIC et qui initie à la bonne utilisation de ces outils .Cela repose sur la collaboration de toutes les institutions de socialisation(famille, école, mass-média, mosquées…) pour inculquer les concepts d'éducation aux médias et au numérique dans l'esprit des enfants.
