|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء دور القيادة الخادمة كمدخل لجودة الحياة الوظيفية لمعلمي التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتكون مجتمع وعينة الدراسة من معلمي التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية للعام 1439 ه/ 2018 م، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الفلسفي وذلك من خلال الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة وقراءتها قراءة فاحصة ومتأملة، ومن ثم الوصول إلى دور القيادة الخادمة في تحقيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية لمعلمي التعليم العام وتوصلت الدراسة لدلالات ثابتة فيما يتعلق بمناقشة مباحث الدراسة الثلاث وهي: الأول وهو الأسس النظرية لمدخل القيادة الخادمة، والمبحث الثاني وهو الأسس النظرية، والفكرية لجودة الحياة الوظيفية، والمبحث الثالث وهو دور القيادة الخادمة كمدخل لتحقيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية لمعلمي التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وقدمت الدراسة تصورات ومعايير فيما يتعلق ب تحقيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية للمعلمين في المملكة العربية السعودية، وأكدت الدراسة على الدور البارز للقيادة الخادمة بأبعادها المختلفة في تحقيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى المعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

|b This study aimed to investigate the role of the servant leadership as an input to the quality of the career of the general education teachers in Saudi Arabia. The society and the sample of the study are the teachers of general education in Saudi Arabia for the year 2018 .The study followed the philosophical analytical method by studying the previous studies and reading them And thus access to the role of leadership in serving the quality of the career of the teachers of public education. The study reached constant indications regarding the discussion of the study's three studies: the first is the theoretical foundations of the servant leadership approach and the second is the theoretical and intellectual foundations for the quality of career. The third topic is the role of leadership as an input to achieve the quality of the career life of the teachers of general education in Saudi Arabia. The study presented perceptions and criteria regarding achieving the quality of the careers of teachers in Saudi Arabia. A distinguished leadership of the differentiated leadership in achieving the quality of the careers of teachers in public education schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
