|a تتناول هذه الدراسة أثر الحكم الجزائي في الرابطة الوظيفية في النظام السعودي، من خلال الوقوف على الأحكام الجزائية التي تؤثر في الرابطة الوظيفية، وتؤدي إلى فصل الموظف العام من وظيفته بقوة النظام وبصورة تبعية للحكم الجزائي، ومعاينة حجية الحكم الجزائي أمام سلطات التأديب سواء كان الحكم الجزائي الصادر بالبراءة أو الإدانة، وأخيرا عالجت الدراسة أثر عوارض الحكم الجزائي في المركز القانوني للموظف العام، من خلال التطرق إلى أثر وقف تنفيذ الحكم الجزائي في المركز القانوني للموظف العام، وأثر عفو ولي الأمر على المركز القانوني للموظف العام.
