هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على (التحديات التي تواجه إدارة التعليم في منطقة عسير من وجهة نظر القيادات فيها، سبل مواجهة التحديات التي تواجه إدارة التعليم في منطقة عسير من وجهة نظر القيادات التعليمية). تكون مجتمع الدراسة من القيادات التعليمية في منطقة عسير والبالغ عددهم (95) مفردة أما عينة الدراسة فقد تمثلت في عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عددها (26) مفردة. حيث قامت الدراسة بنشر الاستبانة عن طريق مدير مكتب التعليم بمنطقة عسير. استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون على التحديات التي تواجه إدارة التعليم في منطقة عسير من وجهة نظر القيادات، وكانت أبرز التحديات التعليمية هي (نقص الكادر التعليمي في بعض التخصصات، نقص وقصور المباني المدرسية) تليها تحديات العولمة والانفجار المعرفي، وتبين من النتائج أن أبرز التحديات الإدارية هي (غياب التنسيق بين أقسام الإدارة، نقص في البيانات اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات)، بينما جاءت التحديات المالية. وأوضحت النتائج أن أبرز السبل لمواجهة التحديات التي تواجه إدارة التعليم في منطقة عسير من وجهة نظر القيادات التعليمية هي) عقد دورات تدريبية للموظفين، التكامل بين أدوار الإدارات وعدم الازدواجية، توفير الميزانية لضمان كفاءة سير العمل والتطوير المستمر، ترتيب الأولويات، وتطبيق النظام على الجميع)

The study society is consisting of education leaders in Asir region whose number 95 individually, as the study sample who where chosen randomly 26 individually. The two researchers provided the questionnaire for education office manager in Asir. They depended on society and survey method as the questionnaire was the study tool. Results: Resulted showed that samples agree on challenges facing education administration in Asir region, as results also illustrates that the educational challenges are in the first level. But the distinguished educational challenges are (lack of educational cadre in some specializations, lack and problems in school buildings) .In the same time,. But the administrative challenges that the most administrative challenges are (absence of coordination between administration departments, and lack of information required for making decisions). But financial challenges is in the last . Finally, results showed that the easiest ways for facing education administration in Asir region, from the leaders opinions are (making training courses for employees, integration between administrations role and lack of duplications , providing balance that enhance capabilities in working and continuous development, reordering priorities, and applying regulations on all staff).
