المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو التدريس باستراتيجية الصف المقلوب واحتياجاتهم التدريبية لاستخدامه. اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (٦٠) عضو من هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز، اعدت الباحثة مقياس الاتجاهات، والاستبانة، كأدوات لجمع البيانات. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة والاجابة عن اسئلتها، قامت الباحثة بالتأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة حيث تم تطبيق المقياس، والاستبانة على عينة عشوائية من اعضاء هيئة التدريس وتم تحليلها باستخدام سبيرمان براون، وجاءت جميع معاملات الثبات لجميع الدرجات الكلية للمحاور الفرعية بالاستبانة أكبر من (0.562) واستخدمت الباحثة في تحليل الاستبانة ومقياس الاتجاه برنامج (SPSS) واسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية:- نتائج البحث : - ١- إن اتجاهات اعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو استخدام استراتيجية الصف المقلوب جاءت استجاباتهم موجبة ما بين درجة موافقة كبير جدا، ودرجة موافقة كبيرة. ٢- هنالك ارتفاع في جميع استجابات افراد مجتمع الدراسة على عبارات محور الاحتياجات التدريبية المتمثل في الأنشطة التعليمية، وتكنولوجيا التعليم، حيث جاءت استجاباتهم ما بين درجة كبيرة جدا وكبيرة. ٣- وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (٠.٠٥) ببن اتجاهات اعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو التدريس بنموذج الصف المقلوب وببن احتياجاتهم التدريبية اللازمة لاستخدامه.

The study aimed to identify the attitudes of faculty members towards teaching with the Flipped classroom strategy and their training needs for its use. The researcher followed the descriptive approach, and the size of the research sample was (60) faculty members from the College of Education at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. The researcher prepared the directions scale and a questionnaire that consisted of (26) items that were applied to the individuals of the original community sample for research, and to achieve the study goals and answer their questions, the researcher verified the validity and consistency of the tool as the scale and questionnaire were experimented on a random sample of faculty members, and was analyzed using Spearman Brown and that all stability coefficients for all the total scores for the sub-axes of the questionnaire came in greater than (0.562). The researcher used the analysis of the questionnaire resolution and trend scale (SPSS) program. The results of the study:-- 1- The attitudes of the faculty members towards the use of the Flipped classroom strategy came positive, as their responses came between a very large degree of approval and a large degree of approval. 2-There is a rise in all responses of the study community to the phrases of the axis of training needs represented in activities and educational techniques, where their responses came between a very large and large degree. 3- The presence of a statistically significant direct correlation at the level of significance (0.05) between the attitudes of faculty members towards teaching with a Flipped classroom strategy and their training needs necessary for its use.
