The most important findings of the study: The novelty of the subject in terms of the role of human capital on job performance in the faculties of Ain Shams University ,and The importance of research stems from the role of human capital and its impact on the performance of universities where these universities need leaders who encourage innovation and creativity because the nature of work requires the development of innovative and creative capabilities and skills to cope with the rapid developments and face global challenges and changes ,and Research increases the link between human capital and organizational performance. The most important recommendations of the study: Continue to exert efforts and develop performance to reach the best level by putting clear functional tasks at work ,and Continue to strengthen relations between colleagues and superiors because of the significant impact on the high level of job performance, and Continuing to develop tasks, responsibilities and methods of communication leading to the organization of work and clarity of tasks and responsibilities and the lack of duplication of supervision, all have a positive impact on the completion of work.
